I like your explanation about lilith, I´m trying to find some information about lilith in 10th house conjunct mars the 7th house ruler, I think that the 7th ruler in 10th inlfuences in your status but if it´s conjunct lilith it would be a really bad status or reputation?? some tabu relationship, something something frowned upon by society??
