"The best" was influenced by "the worst". People criticized Windows Me, but little did they know that Me influenced Windows XP. Movie Maker and Media Player? Me. Multimedia stuff? Me.
Surprisingly for me, XP and Xbox 360 are the most creepiest, weirdest but most heartwarming and memorable softwares ever. I grew up with XP and now I still deal with GTA Vice City and Xbox 360!!! I cherish these creepy Microsoft memories with the XP and Xbox 360.
I remember that day I first installed XP. My Dad was so use to all the blue screen and illegal operation messages. He came up to me and said to me Why is the computer so good now. He says he loves XP.
Definitely the best OS for its time. I played AoE, Red alert 2, and roller coaster tycoon originally on windows 98, but when i switched to XP, the difference was night and day. 3D graphics, windows media player, and Torr Browser/Torrenting's prime. I downloaded hundreds of movies and tens of thousands of songs from pirate bay
I thought it was weird the choir singing in front of a Windows XP banner, then realised it was most likely to commemorate the events of the attacks the month prior.
I don't thinks so. The same 2001 year the MacOS X (Cheetah) was finally realised and it was an introduction of the iPod and iTunes. So, no. Apple business goes well, when Steve returned to the company.

I think WinXP was the most successful OS to get on many devices. It was a very fair, stable and functionable OS. Even the XP version of Explorer has less problem than what 11 has today, it's pretty much broken now. What OS can function with a broken file browser? That's insane.
They had to end support for XP, there were many glaring security issues with it that couldn't be patched as it would break the system. Either way, almost 13 years (or almost 18 years if you used the POSReady updates) of continuous support is nothing but Incredible. I'm not aware of any other operating system that has had such long a lifespan and we should thank Microsoft for that.
I Have Published This Video To You. You Don't Need Go To Microsoft Channel 9 Website. Just Type: "Professional Developers Conference 2001 And Windows XP Launch Event - 25.01.2001 " And Enjoy :)
Windows XP could at least have a stable internet connection unlike Windows 10, had it for 5 years and the fucking thing disconnects itself at least once every hour, I swear.
I will continue using windows 7 pro forever, thank you. They will make a big mistake stopping support for it. I have a cablecard and use Windows Media Center (which isnt available in win10) and I plan to use it long passed 1/2020. They can go to hell. Win10 is a piece of shit compared to Win7.
Little did Bill Gates know he released the best version of windows EVER!
Babu not imo
