  • Best Pilates Mini Stability Ball Workout
    My latest UA-cam video has been uploaded. This energising 50-minute workout incorporates the Pilates Mini Stability Ball to create total-body strengthening and conditioning. What I love about the Pilates Ball is that it adds so much variety to mat workouts - from improving posture with a major focus on core stability and back mobility whilst also lengthening and strengthening the surrounding muscles. It’s also a neat and compact piece of Pilates kit that you can pack with you on-the-go!
    As always, check in with a doctor if you are ill, pregnant or injured before you give any exercise video a go. With that being said, please listen out for any of the modifications I explain in the video that best suit your body.

    Just missed the live session tody so I looked up for this excellent workout!! It always gets to the right bit of muscle needed to hold my body up during the day :) Fabulous hour!! Pheww! Thank you Jasmine! My favourite too!!
