I thought GVW of Mitsubishi 627 is 22T not 26T

In Kenya ,total weight of the vehicle and the load should be around 26 tonnes ....load-16 vehicle depends

That's too much for it , remember load plus the weight of the vehicle should be a maximum of 26 tonnes ,so the vehicle can't weigh 8 tonnes when empty
