I don’t tend to love the dad sandal look, but those are actually cute! Personally I find the dress too short, and if you needed to hold Leo, bend, sit, or much else it would lift so it may not feel so secure. And… I NEED those sweatpant jeans! So well done!! Literally can’t tell!

The sweatpants jeans look amazing!!! The dress is also really pretty with the gold buttons. You can always wear shorts underneath, but if you’re on the fence and not 100% comfortable you can return it and something better will come! If it makes you think twice now, it’ll probably make you think twice when you wear it out. The white fit and flare dress looks beautiful and classic!
The dress is super cute standing. However if you’re sitting down and feeling too uncomfortable it may be too short for your own personal comfort.
This is also how I check if a bottom garment is comfortable to my liking or not 😂
Same, I’ve realized that I don’t like my bare skin touching all these surfaces when I go out and need to sit down. Now I stick to midi or maxi dresses

Hi Amie, I don’t think the white dress is too short but you need to feel comfortable. Also, you do NOT dress like a grandma! Love your style.
The cream dress is lovely but it is a little bit on the short side but in saying that you have a lovely figure and can definitely pull it off so i think it just comes down to how comfortable you feel in it when you sit down. Hope this helps.
I do think the dress is a bit short
If you don't feel 100% comfortable, I say return it because then you won't really reach for it if you do keep it. I always have to think about the length of my dresses too because I have little ones I need to chase or sometimes bend over a lot to carry. Either way, it's a beautiful dress and good luck deciding!

Dan thinks you dress like a grandma (hes wrong) because you have perfected the vintage 80s vibe within the last few years! Its the gold buttons, chunky gold earrings, tailored wide length pants, etc. You genuinely do it so well! ❤ Idk though what hes expecting but maybe you guys need to have a convo?! 😅
That being said, the dress is too short and the slit in the front makes it appear shorter than it is. But it looks AMAZING on you. Keep it and wear it around the house for grandpa dan 😅🤣😉
Dress I think is too short but that is me as well and I prefer to have things either just above the knee or midi length 🤷🏻♀️

Hi Amie - I have the Miramar “sweat jeans” too. I am 5’3” and after washing and hang drying, the length shortened and are perfect on me and fit as they look on you in your video. I thought I would mention this to you as many reviewers said they were too short for them after washing. I think you are a bit taller than me, so thought I would mention that to you. When in doubt, you can always try to get them from Nordstrom and then return them should there be any issues with the. Love everything else in your video.
I think the boucle dress is soo pretty, but I do think it's a tad bit too short. Hope that helps!

You need to secure the bottom flap, then it may be more comfortable to move around in. Personally it is too short for me too. But then I am midi length girlie 😂😂😂

The short dress is gorgeous, but if you're not comfortable with the length you should return it. Personally, and as somebody who also dresses like 'an old lady', or as I like to think of it, elegant and lady-like, I think the dress would be perfect if it were an inch or so longer - that being said, you look stunning and with flats it does not look too short, but I do get where you're coming from. Try sitting down and see how comfortable you are with the length then - if you are uncomfortable I would advice you to return it. (Also, those sweatpant jeans are amazing!!!)

I don't think it's too short, but you could size up and get some extra length if you feel more comfortable. If it ends up being too big everywhere else, you could get it tailored.
Love your haul. Now i want the Hermes sandal. The dress is fine but i think when you sit or walk it may move up a bit. To me is short though...lol. Tell Dan you are not the only one. If it is slidely longer that would be better in my opinion. Love your vlog and on and off Yoshi or Leo will show up. They are both adorable. Yes jean in a sweatpants, i need that too.

haha amie as a women in early 30 i think you dress beautiful, but definitely more on mature side in recent years. nothing wrong but how i think about it is, i can always dress mature in 10 years time, but i can't dress young in 10 years time. there is a time for everything so i like to make the most out of my age, i will never be this young again!

Hi Amie, About the beautiful white dress that you asked if it is too short. From looking at you wearing it, it looks very appropriate length and I think if you hold your arms on your side, the dress hem is below your fingers which is my ultimate test if a dress/skirt is too short or not. That being said, most important thing is how you feel about them. Do you feel comfortable in them? Cause I know the shorter the dress, more adjustment is needed when sitting down (which personally I don't like). If you are comfortable in it, keep it cause you look gorgeous it it; if not, return it. I hope this helps.

@@ChaseAmie I think this is an old etiquette rule or I have heard. It test to see if the dress/skirt is appropriate length for the individual (so, obviously different arm length for different people)
This was the rule in my high school! If it was above your hands they made you change!

For me, the dress is a bit too short I feel like any slight bend could bring out the crack lol I usually return those items since I know if it bothers me at first I’ll never reach for it but nothing shorts underneath can’t fix if you really love it! And I don’t know which grandmas Dan has seen but your style is definitely not that!
The play suit is far shorter than the white dress, BUT it has shorts, so the possibility of indecently exposing yourself is far lower lol!

Noo I love that bag! I do my try on shots on a different floor to where my bags are so I don't tend to swap bags out each time - it just saves me from having to go up and down stairs a million times haha
