400g pork shoulder, 2 shallots, 1/2 can pineapple chunk, 6 cheery tomatoes. Marinade for meat: 1/4 t Five spice powder, 1/2 t each salt and sugar, 1 tsp each corn starch, soy sauce, and rose wine. Sauce ingredients : 1/8 tsp salt, 11/2 - 2Tbsp sugar, 3Tbsp each water and red vinegar. 1Tbsp ketchup and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

FACTS! Chef Annie and this "Male Assistant" is the BEST combo for this TVB Cooking Show. Unlike those other Clueless, Outspoken Female Assistants that often accompany Chef Annie are just downright annoying as they ruin the whole Cooking Show Segments.

iMason Chan she put cumin powder I think some salt, sugar, rice wine, soy sauce and starch or flour.. but it looks delicious, with pineapple chucks and cherry tomatoes

It’s not cumin powder, it is five spice powder and the other ingredient is cornflour. I know, it’s annoying and wish TVBUSA could write the ingredients list in English as well as I only speak Cantonese but cannot read and sometimes the cook speaks too fast.
