I told him I’ll pay a even grand if he pushes it around the corner and it show me ur house and I’ll buy it. He is scamming ppl for a fake deposit. I showed the police and they wrote everything down.
My friend, you could build this for less than $300. Harbor freight welder, brand new or cheaper used small Vtwin, all the metal tubing atv tires and break lines are cheap man don't let anyone tell you anything youtube can teach you how to do for free.

I put a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Vtwin 479cc in my Massimo Baja Warrior MB 200. Started off with a 50 tooth rear sprocket and acceleration was brutal to the point of almost unridable. Dropped to a 46, then a 36, and now am running a 32 tooth rear sprocket. Acceleration is still way better than when it had a 212 Predator and torque converter running the stock 50 tooth sprocket but I haven't ran a top speed test yet. Based on what it ran with the 36 tooth (60 mph top speed is where the valve float limited it) and the fact that I'm now running a Mikuni and some 20lb valve springs I think I should be over 70 mph now.
@@khoasnunes6125 I'm not real tech savvy and have not figured out how to send a link, but I can tell you if you Google Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Vtwin, 16hp you will get plenty of links . Just be aware that installing one in a minibike chassis will require cutting and welding the frame, and using a much more heavy duty (more expensive )clutch than a smaller engine requires. I ended up making my own clutch.
@@minibike_garage I'm currently running a clutch that I made using pieces from a Chinese 4 wheeler clutch and a regular centrifugal clutch. It works pretty good, no slipping. It was a pain in the ass to make but it was pretty much free.
I have been plannin a build with the brother frame to yours, the mega max style frame monster moto. I think it has a bit more room then the rb200/mega moto pro, but not positive. what did you do for a carb/intake? fuel tank? awesome build.

@@ericbest9562 These engines are designed to be on generators or power washers. They are usually stationary when running, so the added wind of being on a bike can only help.

@@joshualevy7556 it's actually just a $60 1" 30 series converter from Amazon. I painted the backing plate. It has held up great. You would really want a 40 series on an engine this size but I just couldn't make it work in this frame without hacking it all up. I believe it's 10-50 gearing with 18.5" tire.
While riding on the street do you get problems because there’s no rear suspension? I have a Coleman ct200u-ex that has a predator 212 with a top speed of 65 and I wanna ride on the backroads but I don’t know if I’ll have problems with the lack of rear suspension
No problems at all even with 30 psi in the tires. If you are concerned about it you can drop your rear tire pressure to act like some suspension, but roads tend to be pretty smooth even for hardtails

@@Namesakes.unit-x-10sq10 depends what youre after, speed or torque. With a vtwin and 40 series you can gear it pretty high and still have good bottom end. Youll just have to play around with gearing because every bike is different
@@minibike_garage im thinking of making a minibike with Atv tires, so mostly off road driving. Doesn't need to go faster than 35mph. i figured the belt on the TC will have less torque on it and have less slip potentially.

What are you running for a clutch? To answer your other question, the rear wheel and tire is from a golf cart and the front is from a chinese moped

Thanks! Made my own intake manifold for a 24mm slide carb and the fuel tank was made from a small air compressor tank that sits behind the motor.

Any issues with it getting to hot? Can it set and idle with no air flow without issues, does it stay cool enough when moving?

This is an air cooled engine. Everything else was pretty straight forward with some planning.

I've had it built for about a year and a half now, and I think I've gone through 3 belts. Dont ride it very often, though.

@@futurewilltell1012 just some amazon 5959 belts. They've been holding up fine. A big factor in belt wear is correct pulley alignment
