Egg Omelette Sardines
Oil, for sauteing
3 pcs. Egg
Season with salt
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pc. Onion, minced
1 p.c Fresh Tomato, diced
2 pcs. canned Sardines
1 Stalk Onion Leeks, chopped
Season with Salt and Pepper
Garnish
Onion Leeks
Sardines with Misua
Oil, for sauteing

5 Cups Water
1 Tbsp. Maggi Magic Sarap
½ Tbsp. Fish sauce
Season with Black Pepper

Chef my favorite brand of sardine is Tome, especially the one with tomato sauce and red chile My tatay served me this for the first time when I was about 10 years old. Fast forward 54 years later; it still tastes and smells the same. For me, this is the best canned sardines in the world. I always remember my tatay whenever I eat Tome sardines. Cheers to you chef; thank you keep on vlogging.

I realized that heart dosease is not as prevalin the Philippines as in the US becaise we eat a lot of sarfines. I still love the saiteed sardines woth loads of caramelized onion and sardines spaghetti with cilantro that my mom loved

Ako ginagamit ko ang sardines as part of spaghetti sauce, hiwalay ko yung tomato sauce, then tinatanggal ko yung bituka nya kasi yun nagpapalansa sa kanya, then slightly mashed it and add calamansi juice and marinade it for 5 mins. Then igisa ko sya then timplahan ko ng spaghetti sauce tapos madaming cheese , Italian seasoning then dagdag ko yung tomato sauce ng sardines, meron k ng spaghetti sauce.
Pwede din sya sa Spanish sardines, bawasan mo yung oil or even gamitin mo sya panggisa to make it savory.

I like Saba sardines dahil walang kaliskis. Dati naman kasi walang kaliskis ang sardinas pag nabili kami tamad na kasing maglinis yung nagta-trabaho sa mga pabrika ng sardinas lately. Kaya ko ngang kainin ang sardinas ng hindi na niluluto sibuyas lang tapos toyo na may calamansi okay na
