hi, i just found your channel and want to say i love your method of presenting and talking through your process. it's so calming and inspiring at the same time. thank you for being here!
aw yay and welcome! thank you so much for the kind words, and I'm so happy to hear that you've been enjoying these, and that you've been finding them calming and inspiring, which has definitely been my hope!! 🤗
It's fun to see you like the grape/vine colorway. I have an A5 cover in that, my first TSL item, and I love it! I'm really enjoying hearing about your how & why you have used things. It's fun to see an overview and I like how you have organized and broken up this mini series.
aw thank you so much Katie! 🥰 I'm so glad it's been enjoyable to hear the process, and also that you have the A5 in the grape vine color way! I actually got both this passport travel for life in the grape vine *and* also the A5 too!! I've fallen out of the A5 size, but I love the cover and it makes me want to experiment with A5 again...
@@joyofstationery i feel like I move back & forth between sizes often, I like having options! A time, a season, or a reason for each! I like A5 for long form personal journaling.
@@KatiesNestingSpot yes, that's so true! I definitely move back and forth between sizes too, and I just know another A5 era is coming for me... 😂 I love how you put it: a time, a season, or a reason for each!
I just bought a few of those daily grid standard inserts because they're the only cream colored grid pages that TN sells. I love the paper! It feels so nice and buttery. I have a question though. Do you journal one day per page in it or do you ignore the top of the paper and write freely?
oh how exciting! the paper really is so nice, and I actually do like that they are more cream colored as well! great question too ~ I ended up using it so that an 'entry' or 'topic' could take up multiple pages, but I would start a new topic on a new page. It's helped then with being able to 'title' the top of the page with the topic or entry, then ignoring the top of the paper if the entry continues to multiple pages, and then using the top of the page again if I've started a new topic. I hope that this helps! I've found the top of the page to be helpful in that way for easily seeing what entries I have and where I've begun them!

oh I'm so glad to hear this, yay! It really was a nice way to have a little insert be something I can carry around with me with photos!
Great video, love seeing your thought process. ❤
thank you so much, I'm so glad that it's helpful to see the process! 🤗
this makes me want to pick up my old notebooks and start decorating & writing in them.
yay, I love that feeling of wanting to get back to my older notebooks again! 🤗 it's always so nice to find the joy in them again!

Jennifer,
It’s lovely to see your played out acts. I was not surprised when I checked your “about” tab and noticed literature academic :)
