Tiger cubs prowl and play at Smithsonian National Zoo

I believe these are the two Sumatran tiger cubs, Bandar and Sukacita, born at the zoo to parents Damai and Kavi on August 5th, 2013. The cubs would have been 1 year old when this footage was taken.
