Team to end illegal mining instituted

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says he will institute a team that will work at ending illegal mining and conflicts in Chief SHAKUMBILA's area and in other parts of the country.
President HICHILEMA says there is need to bring sanity in the mining sector so that citizens can benefit from the resources.
He says government desires mining activities to be conducted in a proper and legal manner devoid of accidents.
Speaking during the IKUBI LYA LOONGO ceremony of the Sala Ila people of Shibuyunji and Mumbwa Districts, President HICHILEMA said he is determined to end illegal mining.
