Thank you for watching AET. hope you enjoyed the video and yes it is alot of work to maintain a piece of art like that tank. But it doesn't feel like alot of work when you love what you do. Thank you for supporting the channel. Have a great day.
Great for bristleworms and other Lil worms. He's got one in his tank and I have one in my tank k aswell. But I tell ya those six lines turn into absolute demons once they get established. His six line killed another wrasse and my six line killed a orchid dottyback. I can't add any other fish until I catch and relocate. Thanks for watching mate. Appreciate the support on the channel. Hope you enjoyed the video.
2 x mp40 left side, 1 against back wall on constant speed pushing water alpng the back behind the scape. 2nd on top half of tank on reef crest mode. Left side 1x mp40 and a red sea 45 gyre. Mp40 pulse mode upper half of tank. Gyre - 1 half set for water agitation, other half to blow water over top of acros
You didn’t talk about lighting. I see he had Red Sea LED’s before and has now switched to Blades. How long has he had the new lights running? Does he feel he is getting better growth than before? Overall does he like the Blades over the Red Sea. Great video otherwise though, and beautiful tank before and after.
Haha I was wondering when someone was going to point that out. You are right. I do have the footage but the video was already over 20mins long. Short answer yes. He loves the x2 blade grows and 1 blade glow. I have the grow myself and it pumps serious pars. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Glad you enjoyed the vid.
When i was getting into sps i added 2 supplemental ai blades, eventually thought it would be a cleaner and sleeker look to get rid of the 3x red sea and just add another blade ( in addition i save on 2 power plugs ). So now total there are 3 ai blades, could not recommend them more they are a great light.
As i said, the UV manages ick, doesnt eradicate it. Also its not ick, the blue throat wedges himself in caves when he sleeps always has bumps and scratches on it.
Hey cham. Hef manages any ich with the use of that beast of a uv. He hasn't lost any fish to ich since installing that uv. All fish are eating and well. The trigger also wedges itself in the rock work when it sleeps hence it tends to have scratches. I'm amazed at the harmony amongst all the fish. It's a great community tank. Hope you enjoyed the vid. Thanks for you support on the channel.
Ben from PQ is the man to see. It's always nice to meet such a genuine character that's willing to help and provide solid advice.

Do you know what fan is on top of the tank?
Cloudray S6, Gen 2 Grow Tent Clip Fan 6”
It's a great fan, 10 different speeds, very quiet too.
@@HeftyReefs thanks mate.

BLUE JAW TRIGER HAS ICK EVEN WITH THE HUGE UV
