Yep, one of your best interviews yet. I like that you asked really good questions and you let them talk as long as they needed until they finished the question. And he also gave really good answers, But I have one question please,,,, he mentioned that the price is about 5-8 dollars per foot but is that with the homeowner buying the light as well ?? or is that with the company providing the lights???? thank you....

That’s with the company providing lights. To be reputable, you need to back your product/service with some type of warranty. And if you’re going to warranty, you need to know that your product will hold up. We gave our customers a lifetime warranty (with some stipulations) which we can talk about another time

If you're in a northern state how do you take down lights off of a steep icy 2 story house?? Seems impossible to even crawl it.

Lol. That’s a good question that we don’t have to answer here in the south.
Use long extension pole (a water fed pole if you have one) with a hook attached. We use a paint roller. It's like a 6" foam roller. We ditch the foam and bend the metal arm a bit upwards so it can grab the light strand. It's been a lifesaver literally. A lot of our jobs can come down without or with minimal ladder use

That roof looks a little steep to me. I'm down to get on a roof but good lord not that one. Maybe I can't do this.
I'm assuming he has to be using roofer's shoes. I wanr to get into this to save my pressure washing business during the winter, but there are some roofs I'd have to just say no to I think 😂
