British English is actually the WW (lol world wide) standard for learning English as a second language so any software or ESL school is probably teaching British pronunciation or has someone with an English accent translating so it’d be easy to pick it up! I literally just started teaching so when I found that out the little accent suddenly made so much sense lol

The thing that's weird to me about Jungkook is that when he speaks English, he sounds like a native speaker pretending to not be able to speak well. Does anyone else get that? It's something about the accent; he's got a really good basis for a North American English accent. Like, my boyfriend's native language is Korean and he's a high intermediate/low advanced in English, but even he doesn't sound that way to me.
