I think the "old" version is better suited to the GPUs than no longer have driver support and maybe the iGPUs while the next gen version is for the supported cards

If this game can't even run properly (hit 60fps minimum) on a 3090 or 4080... what did they even make it for?

Are you running direct x11 or direct x12?

DX 11, with DX12 it was stuttering a lot, and on older cards it wasn't even launching
