And this is why I love your reviews. You’re very detailed and knowledgeable and it’s all pure honesty regardless of if you buy it or receive in PR! I’m nearly 50, been an mua for over 25 years (no longer practicing) and am what I consider to be extremely knowledgeable but always learning more. I feel your reviews are perfect through and through and I’m forever learning more from you which I appreciate! Also fantastic advice for anyone looking to try products and how best to make them work! Never change hun, never change! Thank you for always being you!
For the hourglass blush, I have serums with the same packaging and I can tell you that you will never loose one drop of product with those ! Compared to the usual packaging, this one will guarantee that there is no leftover product in the end. So it’s quite a good thing for savy people who don’t want to waste their money (because it’s quite pricy)
I LOVE a good yellow blush! I use a yellow makeup forever single eye shadow for summery looks, and I'm considering using a more mustard-leaning yellow for fall. I love an orange blush in the center and blending out with the yellow. It looked STUNNING back when I had light teal/aqua hair.
Kelly can you please do a "blonzer" shade comparison video across diff brands? It would be interesting to see how the rms and the one from Angie and the OG bare minerals all compare 👀👀
Thank you for the awesome video Kelly! I am so obsessed with the hourglass blushes too I am restraining myself from grabbing every color! Have you tried the Daniel Sadler watercolor blushes?
Love that Patrick Ta has an olive shade. Just would be nice to see a fair or light olive as well! Olive as an undertone doesn’t just apply to the middle category 🫒🍸
I thought I’d FINALLY found a liquid foundation that I meshed well with (Covergirl Simply Ageless Skin Perfector Essence)… Alas, on the 4th or 5th use (I don’t wear foundation more than a few times per month), it just weirded out. Did the exact same prep/products prior to application, but it gathered in every possible area that it could. So…I’m back to powder foundation. I realize that this has little to do with this video’s subject matter, but I’m just kinda heartbroken. 😞
Idk what happened but I guess my skin type changed a few years ago now and none of the liquid foundations I used in the past seemed to work for me anymore and the only thing I can get to work for me is powder foundation. I am liking powders but powder foundations as a category are sooo under developed in the market compared to liquids 😭
Oh my god i deal with a sweaty face too and i live in a 24/7 hot & humid country its the worst, i have to especially wipe my upper lip sweat every minute or my sunscreens will really start looking weird and blue 😭😭😭
I’ve been super impressed with the supergoop. I’m combo and I feel like it dries down nice. I wore it all summer on 8hr+days at baseball tournaments and never burnt.
@KellyGooch ty!! 😊 do you think that one would show up on light medoum skin? I've been going between that one and maidens blush. Is maidens blush the same just deeper or are there other difference in shade? Wondering which you'd recommend if you can! 🤔
@@heatherLcharronit's very light but I think it definitely would, you would just have to use a heavier hand. Maidens blush is similar but it's rosier and a tad darker, crystal slipper is more nude and way lighter. As a blush fiend I love both 🙈 but if I only had to choose one it would be maidens blush.
I have really dry skin and I found the Patrick Ta foundation almost perfect. It dried down and didn't move after about 10 minutes, it worked fine with powder cheek products, and it still looked great 10 hours later. But I found the finish sticky. Like I powdered it and immediately after it was still sticky. I might buy it next summer when it will be a colour match for me again.
I’ve been trying to get better about making sure I add sunscreen to my morning routine but my eyes always end up burning even when I don’t put it near my eyes. I’m a sweaty girl and I thought that was my issue but you’re the sunscreen queen. Any tips?
You look gorgeous as usual Kelly I was so interested in hourglass liquid blushes until you mentioned the faulty packaging 😅 I have so many blushes hence the blushes are on trend so if I buy a blush with a bad packaging will discourage me from using it
I use elf's putty primer applicator for liquid and cream blushes/bronzers. I got rid of the putty primer but love that brush, I wonder if their putty bronzer or blush brush would work instead of the BK Beauty and Hourglass brushes? I've rarely bought a brush that's more than $20, even then it's usually a gift, like the IT Cosmetics yearly limited edition brush. They're so expensive that I end up not using them as much... like mentally I'm waiting for a more important occasion for some reason?
The matting liquid primer D.M. has, in the same type of packaging, completely quit coming out for me the same way you just described (referring to your opinion on the Hourglass Blush packaging), so I think they all need to go back to the drawing board on this style of packaging, lol.
Omg i get the sweaty upper lip all the time 🤢 i just started shaving my face since my skin is finally clear enough in that area, and i really like how makeup and primer sit in that area now
Just watched Apples Never Fall; there’s a character called Savannah played by Georgia Flood and you look so alike! It was awful because she was the baddy and I couldn’t stop thinking of you! 😂
Kelly if you feel uncomfortable with the amount your face sweats I would like to suggest Sage supplements. My face used to sweat so bad that it literally ruled my life for decades. Since taking Sage supplements that I buy on Amazon my sweating has stopped. I've tried a lot of different things some helped a little and some had unwanted side effects. The only side effect from Sage is not sweating and my memory has better recall.. I'm 65. And I think I heard you mentioned something about peach fuzz. Do you not shave your face? So many women do and I have been shaving my face for decades. It makes all the difference in the world with how your makeup looks and and also exfoliates your face. 😊
Thank you for talking about how the foundation shade you put on goes darker by end of day?!? What is that? I'm pretty fair. Finding the best color, with wear time and for skin type that doesn't change color.....it's so frustrating.
Hi Kelly, thanks for the video! You really do have the wrong color match in the Polite Society More Than A Pretty Face. As you said, it's too dark, and to my eye, slightly too yellow. Also, thanks for mentioning the new Ulta mascara. It can be hard to find a brown mascara at the drugstore price point. I feel that super strong black mascara is too intense on me, so I usually go for "soft black" or "black brown." But I kind of like brown for summer just for a softer look. One more thing. I've only looked at RMS products online, but they all look awfully shiny to me. And I'm not a big fan of shine. And they're pricey. A lot of people do seem to like them though.
I think I just have to try the RMS blush. I never hear anything but good things about it, but choosing a color might be tough! At that price, I’m not buying more than 1. Argh.
Yes, and I used to use it, but I think they've discontinued it. I was looking for it the other day on their site and couldn't find it. I'd really like to be able to use a concealer with sunscreen.
@@KellyGooch well I am a personal trainer and competitive body builder so I sweat a lot, all that product is greasy and it really breaks down on me so fast!
Polite society seems intriguing. Yet, they will never get my money. The people behind that company are not my cup of tea. Other than that, awesome reviews as always 😊
Too dewy, too expensive. It does make you look younger even though you're young already. I would have to powder over it. Would like to try Huda primer and foundation.
orange is your colour!!
Thank you! It’s my favorite!
If you're wearing that orange singe blush, it looks amazing on you! Especially with the orange top as well. Really pretty
Thank you!

Can you please do a Drugstore fall Makeup look please. Berry Blushes, Eyeshadows, lipstick etc..
Agreed. This soft orange look fabulous on you. Your complexion and your eyes shine brighter! 💕
Orange looks gorgeous on you. One me, I would look like an ompa loompa.😂
I really like that RMS blush. The formula is beautiful.
Finding the perfect foundation formula and color for my skin is by far the hardest makeup challenge I have. I'm not skilled enough to make it work!
I love to see your side-by-side comparison shorts! They're so helpful! ❤

I love the rms blushes so much I literally have gotten every shade over time and I don’t like a super glowey blush either.
They’re fantastic!!
What are your fave shades?
@@4booky831 my favorites are maidens blush, French rose and crystal slipper. I’ve got a light medium neutral skin tone

I have the "sweat" Problem with a lot of sunscreens. I recently noticed this with the polyglutamic Acid sunscreen from the inkey list 🙁
Ahh such a bummer!!
Have you come across a dupe or alternative for the tower 28 get set powder and Kosas cloud set powder? It seems like these are super hyped up .
Thanks for this❤ This was a great review
I’m glad that it was helpful!
Love a long Kelly video 🥰
Blonzer tones my absolute fave

I was waiting for you to tell us the orange blush name, since it looks AMAZING on you. And, of course, it’s Singe❤️🍊

Try a mineral sunscreen :)
What drugstore eyeliner is budgeproof? Black for tightlining and nude to white for waterlining? Thank you!
Wait. When did RMS stop being sold in sephora? That's where I got those blushes last year. You need to try the colors pomegranate fizz and French rose
