Like I explained in the video, the moment when you feel that the additional analysis does not reveal much of new and different insights is the point at which you usually do not need to collect/analyze any more data
The approach would be similar, and it would be based on how many participants you think should be enough within an individual case. If that's what you mean - if your cases are, for example, different organizations or universities - you will need to saturate the data within each case, I suppose. I am not aware of any specific guidelines with regard to sample size in such studies, although I am sure there must be some
