This exactly is a story of a popular female singer, the pastor practically killed her,if the pastor had taken a drastic step by encouraging her to keep herself away for awhile, the woman too was obsessed with ministry work and what People will say,she never feared for her own life
She finally died and even pastor was regretting but that can't raise her from dead
This is a must watch for every struggling man or woman cos there are men who is being abused by there so called wife too in marriage....FLEE from violence before it results to Death
Fejos, ooin you are doing well by His grace 💯💯

Most pastors kill their members due to lack of Wisdom..the female gospel artist that died few years ago suffer such feat( save the pastor was unawares). Let's speak out and save our responsible sisters from beast in marital union. A word is enough for the wise! I rise!

God bless you. God saved me from a cultist whom I married as a missionary. via the holy ghost instructions. I would have died. We are separated today but not divorced. He never changed. I am going on with my kids. I couldn't minister in the capacity I used to but I do God's work in the minimum capacity that I can. Some pastors understand while others didn't. I don't wait for church pulpit only to preach the gospel for God taught me that my pulpit is everywhere. I do not allow evil church doctrine to stop me. Some ministers don't pray about such marriages. They just enforce the logos wrongly. No two marriages are same. Thank you Jesus for saving me and my children.

    Who Killed Theresa, and Why?
    1. Husband
    2. Pastor
    3. Doctrine
    4. Ignorant of the Word of God.

Hello Fesjosbaba, great story line, however I have a few comments on the movie. I feel like the root cause of the problem was not tackled. Now it looks like people would latch onto it as a form of excuse to engage in divorce in the sense that they might ignore the fact of either seeking the face of God before going into the marriage or even getting a higher authority to pray alongside with them and then they go into it, start experiencing the violence and head for a divorce which has not really solved the problem.
If you ask me, my advice would be to do a part two of the movie, informing people of how she met her husband, probably she knew his "but" and still decided to go into the marriage, this way people can have a holistic understanding and not give you or your movie a wrong name or misunderstanding.

      Thanks for your comments
But we never preached or encourage divorce in this movie, we only emphasized on Separation or quarantining for a while till the issues die down but however ma I also think that the kind of violence has portrayed in this movie regardless of whether she made a mistake of choice or not needs nothing but an excuse until then the higher authority looks into it. Because all said and done ma "Survival is Paramount"
      Shalom

@fejosbabatvyoruba well I would say you are right because the magnitude of the violence portrayed was unbearable, I really felt for her and don't think I can stay if it was me. But then, when I think about the separation you mentioned, which is good because in as much as God detest divorce, I dont think he wants one of his sheep dead all because of marriage, so back to my question. When they separate for a while, won't that lead to a divorce? I guess that's why the Pastor kept telling her to stay and not go. What's your take on that Sir?

Madam oluwakemi, I realized u watched the movie with the mindset of learning a lot from it, of whc u did. I also salute ur wisdom to ask ur questions and drop ur opinion constructively.. But ma, you are missing some tins ma
      1. What if the marriage came up wen the woman is still a baby in Christ? Should we say we won't find solution? I know ur point of view was that young Christian should not use it as an excuse of rushing into marriage but I tell u ma that no one can be enemy of himself. They might rush into it for selfish reasons ma but situations like that of Mrs Eddie will open their eyes into reality.
Pls ma, who on earth will rush into marriage hoping to meet wot madam Eddie experience? Only a mad fellow, I tink.
As for rushing into marriage, I tink fejosbaba can write anoda story thru impartation of the Holy Spirit to teach us all... But I tink wot fejosbaba is bringing out here is the solution to abusive marriage. I mean. Someone who have been there and still there but they are blinded by their own belief, and lacks proper understanding of God's words
In fact, so many are dieing in silence as we speak. Many are dieing for this.

As for leading to divorce... This is where the pastor should come in. Proper monitor will come up since pastor is involved. That's for the wife. As for the husband, a lot of tins needs to be done starting from therapy, to prayer, to word of exhortation, to counseling etc.
Don't forget that the father of the husband started it. Who knows where this training has been coming from? Maybe from many generations to the other
