    Crispy Chicken Kimbap Recipe! | 바삭한 닭고기김밥😍💛
    Ingredients: 500g chicken thigh, dried seaweeds, 3 bowls of steamed rice, 6 eggs, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of spinach, 1/2 cup of corn starch powder, cooking oil, sesame oil, a bit of ginger, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds
    Step 1: Trimming and Grilling Chicken Thigh
    Wash the chicken under running water. Remove some fat. If it's too thick, slice it thinly. Grate a little ginger into the trimmed chicken. Add 1/2t of salt, 2T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, and a bit of pepper. Mix it well. Coat seasoned chicken with starch. Grill them on a pan. Cook them slowly.
    Step 2: Making Egg garnish
    Put 6 eggs in a bowl. Add a bit of salt. Mix well with a fork. Put some oil in a preheated pan. Then wipe it lightly with a kitchen towel. Add some egg mixture. Cook the eggs slowly over low heat. Once the egg is cooked, turn it over.
    Step 3: Other ingredients prep.
    Blanch spinach in boiling water for about a minute. Wash them in cold water. Squeeze the water out of washed spinach. Add a bit of salt, and half tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix it well. Slice the carrots thinly. Put them on a pan. Add a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt to the steamed rice. Mix the rice well.
    Step 4: Rolling kimbap
    Spread the rice thinly over the dried seaweed. Put spinach, some carrot, the crispy chicken, and some egg garnish on top of the rice. Gather the ingredients by hand and roll the dried seaweed with a little pressure.
    재료: 닭다리살 500그램, 김, 밥 3공기, 계란 6, 당근 1개, 시금치 1단, 생강, 소금, 후추, 식용유, 녹말가루 반컵, 참기름, 깨소금
    요리 1 단계: 닭다리살 손질과 굽기
    씻은 닭에 붙어있는 지방은 어느정도 제거해주세요. 너무 두꺼우면 얇게 썰어주세요. 손질한 닭에 생강 조금 갈아서 넣어주시고, 소금 1/2작은술, 간장 2큰술, 설탕 1큰술, 후추 조금넣어주세요. 밑간한 닭에 녹말가루를 팬에 구워주세요.
    요리 2 단계: 계란 지단 만들기
    그릇에 계란 6개 넣어주세요. 소금 한꼬집 넣어 포크 잘 섞어주세요. 예열된 팬에 기름을 조금 넣고 계란물을 조금 넣어주세요. 약불에서 천천히 계란을 익혀야됩니다. 식힌 계란 지단은 돌돌 말아서 가늘게 채썰어 주세요.
    요리 3 단계: 다른재료들 준비
    시금치는 끓는물에 1분 정도 데쳐 씻어주세요. 시금치의 물기를 꼭 짜주시고 소금 한꼬집과 참기름 1작은술 넣어 무쳐주세요. 당근도 얇게 채썰어 예열된 팬에 기름은 조금 넣고 1~2분정도 볶아주세요. 준비해둔 밥에 참기름 1큰술, 소금 1/2작은술 넣어 밥을 잘 섞어주세요.
    요리 4단계: 김밥 말기
    밥을 김위에 얇게 펴주세요. 밥위에 시금치, 당근, 바싹한 닭, 계란지단을 올려주세요. 재료들을 손으로 모아가며 조금씩 끌어당기면서 김을 잘 말아주세요. 김밥위에 참기름 조금 발라주세요.

    Wow that is my favorite. Now I know how to make kimbap for now I try to make kimbap, before I always buy kimbap in Korean grocery store. Thank you for teaching how to make kimbap. 😘😘😘😘👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I made this and the only issue I have is the seaweed taste awful. Any suggestions?

      First of all, thank you for making crispy chicken kimbap. It seems that the seaweed taste was not to your liking. There are different types of seaweed (Gim), including the type used as a side dish and the type used for making kimbap. When making kimbap, it is better to use the seaweed (Gim) that is specifically for making kimbap, which is toasted twice. I hope this answer is helpful. Thank you for your question!

    Is the pickled radish necessary for making Kimbap or is it optional? And... can strips of chicken sausage be used as chicken thighs instead? 🙁

      The pickled radish is preferred ingredient in kimbap, but it is not strictly necessary. If you prefer, you can leave it out or replace it with a different ingredient.
      As for the chicken sausage strips, they can be used as a substitute for chicken thighs in kimbap. The good thing about kimbap is that you can add the ingredients you like to make it your own. Thank you so much for the great question!😊

    Thank you so much for this recipe ^^ Looks so good! I have a question, what may cause the roll to fall apart after being rolled? Some of them when I cut it becomes a mess and falling to pieces TT_TT The amount of inner ingridients?

      Good question! Cutting kimbap can be quite difficult! My tip is to roll the kimbap tightly so the ingredients don't fall out. Hope this works. Thank you!🥰🥰
