I love the fact that badeline just has the same smiling portrait for every single one of her dialogue boxes, And the head cannon of the gamebannana maps literally just being badeline recommendations.
i like ur map it looks stupid and is stupid but like a rlly well crafted type of stupid that is so beautiful i cant lay my eyes on it (also badeline dialogue is fucking priceless)
you say that now, but there’s always a slippery slope with difficulty. first you play Into The Jungle, then you play Glyph, and then you play Monika’s D-sides and before you know it, GM maps don’t seem completely impossible any more lol. though you might want to put something between Glyph and the D-sides, like the 2020 spring collab (up to expert) for tech training
@@TheOneWhoHasABadName as someone who just finally beat Celeste last month and have been going through the goldens (have all the c-sides and 1A, 2A, 4A, 5A), I had been planning on going into D-sides as my first mod since I had heard the most about it and it seemed a natural next step. Would you recommend I do those other two first?
@@DantheDuke_ you probably have the gameplay consistency to enjoy D-sides (some rooms are quite long), but you might not have enough experience with the more difficult gameplay If you play 2020 Spring Collab, most Moni’s D-sides are around expert difficulty. Glyph and Into the Jungle might be easier introductions to modding, with Into The Jungle’s C-sides being around Moni’s D-sides in terms of difficulty (maybe because they’re mapped by the same person) Arphi’s D-sides are most likely a bit easier, though I haven’t played them myself yet. Most people recommend Arphi’s D-sides to new players trying mods after beating C-sides, since the difficulty curve is supposedly more smooth that way
Dammit I shouldn't be laughing so damn much at school people are gonna think I'm unhinged or something Well, if I'm able to understand what is happening in this level then ig I kinda am, but like you get my point.
It probably peaks at red yeah, if you watch the video the difficulty naturally goes down a fair bit since reading is built to be the driving force of what makes the map so silly. Good luck with it if you do attempt it!
Oh yeah I forgot to respond to this when I saw it - the first berry is an updash into a bubble super, which works out of coyote time, the reason it goes so fast is because on top of all that weird tech, you also keep the momentum from the kevin for a few frames after leaving it, so the super is boosted by the kevin. Hope this helps!
@@abuffzucchini i knew that you could keep the momentum from zip blocks for a handfull of frames for a bubble, so this is very intresting to learn too.
literally s-tier dialog
Badeline: skill issue
masterful ludonarrative harmony
I like how badeline has one completely normal piece of dialogue before she goes insane from the realisation that they're in a gm map
She just didn't get the memo at first I guess lmao
I love how badeline just constantly breaks the 4th wall and madeline is like “ok that sounds neat!!!11!1!1”
I love the fact that badeline just has the same smiling portrait for every single one of her dialogue boxes,
And the head cannon of the gamebannana maps literally just being badeline recommendations.
She had a different portrait on one of the dialogue boxes on the beginning and then her dialogue became 4th wall breaking and memey

Lmao that describes what I was goin for perfectly thanks
the irony between madeline and badeline is great
"Badeline, please stop. You're not even making any sense!"
"grand masta"
Hey Lois I'm in a grandmaster level!
peter kevin caught me off guard lmao

2:09 "idk the gamebanana page looked nice" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
"celeste cateline mapping jank fore unreadable"
"So true!"
what the hell is this piece of dialogue
Not touching this with a 10 foot pole. When I do install mods I'm staying far away from grandmaster maps 🤣
yeah, yeah i can dig that

"Hey lois look, im overcoming my past trauma"
I loved the dialogs
the music is great!!
"did you just title drop"
"I hate you"
literally so true bad eh line and mad eh lin.
How can I find the music in this mod? It is INCREDIBLE!
I keep asking the person who made it to put it on their soundcloud and they keep not releasing it! I'll ask them again, it really is an amazing track
@@abuffzucchini do let us know if that happens, the music is truly the best
grand master
I don't play celeste so I'm confused why peter griffin is a giant laughing brick
Mod
why are the blocks peter griffin
Just to feel something
this isn't even a C side, this is an F side
It's kinda hard
Who did the music? Brilliant stuff. The Mod is super entertaining to watch.
MousseMoose did the music, and thanks!
It should have ended in a cutscene trigger imo
I will play this one day. But after I play mod maps teaching me the other Speedrun techs
Good luck when you do!
Wait I believe this
The peter blocks are killing me
whats the bgm?
It's by MousseMoose, hasn't been released on soundcloud yet but if that changes I'll put it in the description
