I find your accent and your rapid speech hard to follow. However, I got as far as the factory reset and delete all but , the next screen wants to send me an email to the email address used before the factory reset and NOT the choose your language screen, so despite the factory reset my email address is still somewhere in the system. I want to sell the this tablet because it's a load of crap but can't do so until all my information has been removed, so back to square one.
