- Chief Arvol Looking Horse’s lecture on water crisis, environmental justice, and unity will break the surface of the numerous perturbing issues affecting the Native American community that have been unrecognized and disregarded for centuries.
As the 19th Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe and Bundle, Chief Looking Horse was the youngest to have been given this responsibility in history at only twelve years old. Also the spiritual leader of the Lakota Nation of South Dakota and all three branches of the Sioux tribe, he has dedicated his life to “letting the world know how beautiful [their] way of life is”. The intensifying suppression of his people’s spiritual preferences is what has encouraged Chief Looking Horse to fight for the religious freedom, cultural survival, and revival for Native Americans across the country and restore pride to their lands. He met with the Dalai Lama in 1995 to establish a relationship between Tibet and the Lakota Nation, and has lectured at many reputable universities, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, and UCLA. Chief Looking Horse is also the author of White Buffalo Teachings and columnist for Indian Country Today, as well as the founder of the Big Foot Riders in memory of the massacre at Wounded Knee. He has won many awards, such as the Juliet Hollister Award from the Temple of Understanding and the Canadian Wolf Award.
If everyone could honor the Earth, elders, learn your family history and be proud and come from love, this Earth could heal, but money, pride and ego take that all away. @Mission Gameliel Indeed it is. Once one pulls back veils and sees that, its a rough awakening. I sort of knew of it around maybe 6 years old, but hard core by 10 on. Even was awaken to the tyranny/worldwide corruption by 7 and followed it my entire life. Created timelines off of what I knew, thought, felt, researched, etc and lived as much of my life in line with that. Fast forward, I'm almost 42 and I wasn't wrong in any part of my timeline. Matter of fact, I told others what was coming and how to prepare. So, now.....I'm going to attempt the other things on my timeline. First time I am hearing this story. My mother had 8 children but saved her coins and saved them to help the Indian people. She told me the horrors that were done to the Indian people from the white people of Europe. As a child I had a very hard time understanding that anyone could do this. You do realize that never happened, not even between 1st Nation peoples. Humans have been waring and taking over land since the beginning of time. 1st Nation People didn't learn this from the pale European settlers. I would like to hear Chief Arvol Looking Horse speak in his native language with close caption to read as he speaks. Very impressive to say the least. They seem to view things from all sides not just their own thoughts. When she spoke about the police I was very impressed and she is right about soldiers returning from war needing some spiritual healing. Our dependence on oil can not be turned off very easy. I lived on the Gulf of Mexico most of my life and have witnessed the pollution in the Bay's as well as the Gulf and she is correct. We cannot clean the pollution that has been spilled from oil. You can not walk far on a beach in Texas without getting tar on your feet. Tar balls have been washing ashore since the late 70's that I am aware of. I live less than a hundred yards from the shoreline of Galveston Bay and no longer fish in these waters. And do not eat the fish, shrimp, crabs or oysters from these waters. I grew up fishing and hunting in Texas but now do very little of either. There are still some bay systems that are in good shape but they are at risk.
I don't think very many people are ready to stop oil production in America and change their life style going without the comforts we enjoy. Throwing billions of dollars at green energy did not produce much energy with current technology. Does the technology exist that would cut down oil usage but is being suppressed? Yes I think it does and has been around for many years. Corruption is deep and wide throughout the world and we are all at fault to some degree. It seems the Evil is winning the battle between the forces of Good and Evil at this time. Like Chief Arvol Looking Horse has said people need to get very spiritual and pray to the creator of life. Our creator regardless the name you use or the way you prey will save us from total destruction if he so choses. Are we worthy of being the guardian of earth an all live upon the land and in the waters?

We need to pray for our Nation, so many people hurting, not only now but in the past...how will we ever recover from something unless it's exposed. I watched this film for the first time the whole way through, and was very pleased to see the environmental issues being mentioned and addressed. There is an organisation in the UK called the Transition Towns, led out of Totnes, which seeks to live sustainably without any fossil fuels. I was involved heavily in the environmental field, but many among those organisations also have the mental disease that the woman spoke of in the film. So you cannot judge a book by its cover, and there are many despotic forms of evangelism and false prophets rife in these end days, when the low will raise themselves above the high, and the small above the great. I have spoken about this on this forum about a month ago, and linked this to the Fall of Man and the many prophecies that speak of this time. Therefore, I shall not go into any real depth again here. Just a simple reminder!
I would simply mention that man's fall is the sleep of his spirit, which permitted the cerebrum to overdevelop, and from this stemmed all narrow-mindedness and evil, including instinctual, sensual and sexual feelings being exacerbated, leading to the constant lust for power, sex and many other dopamine fixes. The only answer to all the issues that have stemmed from this fall is for each person to purify their heart and minds, then they will absorb of the power of the Great Spirit and become wise enough to lead a good life, and make just decisions in all aspects of their lives, including in relation to repecting nature.
The intuition is the link to the heart and conscience, as well as spiritual guidance from Above, without which we are a rudderless ship that will crash at some point. These crashes were seen beforehand in the beyond, hence the many prophecies that came to the native Indians who were most closely linked to spirit and nature at that time, for the two are as one, held firm though the common bond of God's Laws of Creation, so that men may at the last moment be awakened from their drunken stupour that brings nothing but conflicts and destruction. We must surrender our every thought and feeling to the Great Spirit, and honour all living beings by seeking Truth and other virtues, and living accordingly in the Ray of Light and Love from the luminous planes. A Star that comes from these light regions brings the changes by demanding we stand aright in Creation, forcing out any karmic bonds caused by the wrong paths of evil doers through its intensifying effects, and this includes in nature too.
Thus a judgement time beckons account for all human beings for their every thought and deed, and whether men can change in sufficient numbers and learn to serve the Great Spirit will be the deciding factor in whether the earth can be changed and saved. I would therefore advocate far more internal cleansing than outward protestations in this time, for it is a time to learn the arts of silence, stillness and the spiritual gift of receiving, and then the Great Spirit can speak through his chosen ones who feel his Breath and hear His Word. Many believe, but do not live in genuine conviction, for their faith is not strong, and so they cannot be seeing ones. Remember people, complete surrender is the only way to save the planet and ourselves, and if we do that, then other pipe keepers will step forth, and tell of man's greatest victory... over himself! Let there be Light!!!
Why use a male pronoun to refer to the Great Spirit ? Isn't Spirit - Spirit - and Truth/Wisdom etc ? One of the problems in the world is patriarchy. How many mothers would send their children to war ?
@@mirgrande7683 Whether a mother would send her sons to war or not, and whether she has the right to make such decisions for another, is only for any particular woman to decide, rightly or wrongly, although one then attaches oneself to another's fate. In a perfect world where spiritual principles and guidelines are practised and followed, then naturally there would be no wars, but in the prevailing dark times even the Great Spirit when he came to earth was forced to kill a would-be murderer, who would have otherwise taken his life, although the act and the need for it shocked him deeply.
Thus, spiritual laws do offer people the right to protect themselves, their families, and their nations from would-be intruders and invaders, even murderers, and this is borne out in modern justice, even allowing the actions that stem from diminshed responsibility to be accounted for, such as where a partner finds their loved one in an uncompromising act. Each must follow their own guidance and intuition in these matters, and it will vary for every person.
For example, many bestow great admiration of Tecumseh and Crazy Horse for their unbridled courage and defiance in the face of their many white foes through their fighting abilities, yet the first saint illustrated a different type of courage by remaining calmly and unthreateningly in defiance of a group of pharisees who stoned him to death. Neither actions can be called right or wrong per se, but karmically will be different, in accordance with their motives, for these individuals took completely contrasting decisions in the face of death, for at any given time the needs for one person are not the same as another, although we must all constantly remain vigilant and attempt to do the right thing, and thereby remain within the acceptable domain of spiritual laws, as one day we are called to account for our every thought and action.
This is why these prophecies in the video were given to mankind, for mankind are now about to be called to account for all their thoughts and actions spanning many centuries, many of which are of the wrong kind, thus we will see an increasing intensity of violent karmic reactions sweep mankind, until they are so desperate for a different way of living, they will then open their hearts to the tune of the spiritual laws, which we all have to comply with, or otherwise suffer from the agonies of self will, even to the point of destruction.
The Great Spirit is called a man for that is what he is, albeit a highly exalted man, who is at the same time the Creative Will of the Almighty, the King of Kings, the Holy Spirit, and the Son of Man who came to earth a second time for the benefit of mankind, but how many know of this... very, very few. On his right hand side stands the Queen of Heaven, or the Primordial Mother, who is the first prototype of all the entities called Goddesses. She was the first entity to precipiate from the Divine energy from God, far, far above us, and she permits all further precipitations and life to come into being, for the female beings always act as a bridge for the spiritual or Divine flows of energy. Thus why female souls are able to give birth to discarnate spirits, not male, even if they have reincarnated in a female body.
She also passes on all the virtues into Creation, and so helps men or women to hearken to the longing of the virtuous path, although this will always express itself differently in each person. I once saw an image of her upon a Holy site in Ireland, when I received my task for this earth life, just as others have seen her, such as Brigit and Bernadette. On reflecting upon words she spoke to the coming Son of Man before he embarked upon His Mission, taken from the Holy Word of God, She saw the dark battlefield that is earth, for exceedingly dark it is. The Son of Man is Justice, and so all threads, good or bad, run their course through Him, thus He is the Laws of Karma. He is also the beginning of all spiritual matter, the transmission point between the Divine and the spiritual, which followed God's volition 'let there be light', hence why He is called the Great Spirit, or the Holy Spirit, or the First Spirit, if you will. He is the Prince of Light, and a King without equal!!!
We therefore begin to see the difference between the male and female activites, for one is outwardly active, protecting the passive, whereas the latter has the sole responsibility of absorbing the magical Power of God...by being passive, and simply being, a decluttered filter if you will. Thus, female desires for an active role and to rule are contrary to her abilities and task, which is to be the queen of the earthly home, a priestess without equal, who can endow and pass on the sublime greatness and beauty of the Laws of the Almighty, for she does possess spiritual qualties that are higher than men, hence why she is a magentic bridge for higher planes. When woman commences this role in all earnestness and within the art of silence, then great changes will come over the earth and men too, who will naturally become calmer and stronger within, and less likely to commit violent acts, although he will feel like storming the heavens to protect the new purified noble, woman.
I offer this knowledge as some tools for reflection and encouragement, not condemnation, upon the path of enlightenment and spiritual liberation, which is now being forced upon us all very, very quickly. Thus, all the very best in the coming storms that must prevail over the earth before its promised awakening and rebirth, if mankind choose to serve the Will of the Alimighty, and thereby the Great Spirit!
PS In the Divine, all entities have a passive and active potential, although their activity is predominated by one or the other, whereas in Creation, all beings are usually either female or male in their activites. And one needs the other to create a healthy balance of energies, but this can only come from serving the Almighty and being obedient to His Laws...hence the legends of King Arthur, which showed the disruption to this balance and flow due to Man's Fall, which was due to his lust for the earthly with all its evil propensities that stem from man's desire for the woman, and the unhealthy consequence this had on the imbalance of the human's physiology of his brain, where the cerebrum began to dominate the cerebellum, so the earthly intellect with its many physical feelings and desire to rule and be right began to rule over the intuition of his spirit and connection to higher planes, from whence comes truth in many forms, which you enquired about in your question. Thus, this became the Fall of Man!!!

Thus, they cannot be dogmatic, only a dogmatic person would think so, who projects their own opinions into the mirror of truth. So yes, don't set up a boundary needlessly, but be prepared to have them, less you be one of the unwise virgins who at the last moment gave up her lamp to the enemy, and fell into the abyss with the majority of the masses. For let me assure you, there is a war going on, which is coming to the final battles, with nuclear holocausts in the US in only 7 years, or so, a world war by 2033, and terrifying Apocalyptic storms including natural cataclysmic disasters. These will cleanse men of their opinions, if they humble themselves before God, by which they can become an empty vessel to receive of the Water of Life, that grants truth, wisdom and peace, but not until after the Apocalypse, which is the culmination of men's fears and dogma, for truth is never dogmatic, it is simply is. And this is why it has eternal and everlasting values, just as the spirits do of those obey the Laws of the Almighty, which can be intuited by pure souls, for only the true intuition makes this connection, not the intellect with all its divisive belief systems and self-willed opinions. Thus, humility is the key, not subservience, which is only fit for an animal, for an animal needs a master, but a human being needs God, through the Holy or Great Spirit, and these are facts, for I have come to conviction of them through genuine knowledge, not men's opinions. And soon after the Apocalypse, this Word of the Almighty will be spread around the whole of the remaining human race, and never shall a man have to raise his sword in anger again, but not yet!!!
