Way to end on a high note. Definitely tasted the apple too. Haven't tried Greenspot but we have some Knappogue Castle 12 year, matured in bourbon cask, and really enjoy it. Btw, you are soooo much more entertaining and informative than the Flaviar commentators. They should hire you next year. We've really enjoyed tasting whiskey with you these past few weeks. Have a wonderful time in Athens and a very Merry Christmas.
You’re very kind to say that! Thank you. 😊 I would finish a bottle of Green Spot and buy another immediately. That and Redbreast 12 were my favorite affordable Irish Whiskey expressions to have on hand. I’m glad that I got to try the Knappogue 12 - it’s very good. Cheers!
