If you’d told me in ‘03 that twenty years later I’d be watching a Jeff Jarrett match on a major tv show and loving every minute of it I’d have laughed you out of the room.

Yes, I agree the match was fire 🔥 when it was happening, but sadly, Jeff Jarrett puts out any fire that match had upon winning. Now that Jeff Jared is in the title picture again, it's just another reason to throw up. 🤢🤮 they can not keep him out of the title picture. I personally think the ending is bad enough that it changes it from being a fire 🔥 match. Everything in that match was ruined, so it might as well not be considered a fire match. The reason it isn't going to be is because old man Jarrett is getting yet another title shot when the man has go away Heat.
I was literally enjoying it until that happened. If he's going to occupy the title picture, I wish he would just go away and quit and disgrace. It's clear he's not there to better the talent. If he did that, I would respect him more, but he's just there to be in the title picture all the time. So I'd rather him quit walk out of the business and disgrace since he doesn't want to respect it. I'm not even a hater of Jeff Jarrett. I used to like the man, but lately, all he is is somebody who robs a spotlight from other people.

FACTS dude.
I don't care how good he is. I respect that, but I do not like him being in the title picture every time. He's only benefiting himself by having storylines cater to him that put him in the title picture. He's really just holding the younger talent down. The only person who could possibly benefit from this is his opponent. However, what's wrong with keeping him out of the title picture when they could be putting a younger talent up against Eddie Kingston and building up to house names.
And I'm not even a hater of Jeff Jarrett saying that

So cool hearing Dave Brown again on commentary! I didn’t grow up in the Memphis area but I watched a lot of Memphis wrestling. His voice especially with Lance Russell (RIP) were the lone voices of logic in the crazy world of Memphis wrestling!
The highlight for me was Eddie Kingston perfectly spraying that mustard on Jarrett 😂 🔥....

Memphis Street Fight between Eddie and Jeff was f**king awesome, it’s like Hardcore and Extreme Rules match but a mix twist for AEW
That was a helluva way to make Eddie look strong in defeat. And not that the Stroke has ever been super protected, it still says something that they had Eddie kick out of the first one.
Really enjoyed this throwback match

Shout out to the Dave Brown & Mid South. I gotta sat, Jeff Jarrett in such great shape is very impressive. Eddie is a champ working with others to put on obsurb but still midley entertaining matches. Kinda want my man J.Lethal to hold the ROH once again, but those two are gonna do great.
I actually didn't mind this match. It wasn't trying to be 5 stars, it was just trying to be fun.
