PRAWNS BLACK PEPPER super good

#prawnsblackpepper
Medium size prawns 1 big cup
pre cook the prawns with a little salt and tumeric
2 medium size potatoes ( cut small cubes and fried)
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
ginger 1/2 inch
garlic 5 cloves
small onions 5
curry leaves 3 sprigs
dry chillies 4 cut small
fish curry powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
tumeric powder 1/2 tsp
light soya sauce 1 tbsp
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
caramel sauce 1/2 tbsp
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
coriander leaves
