The smile on your dad's face is priceless.
I’m always super impressed with the amount of work you and your dad accomplish. Your videos have made me appreciate how much hard work goes into providing food for people’s tables. I couldn’t help but laugh at you edged away from the tractor, but the Ginger Warrior kept talking. Love the wisdom he shares with your viewers. You are one lucky you g man to have such an outstanding role model. It’s also very evident that he is just as proud of you. ❤️💯
Saturdays and sundays 'bonus days' , thats farming, ginge legend 👍
Thank you for always brightening my day.
That made me laugh Tom rushing your dad on with his explanation lol x
Well done you two
Good team work guys!!💛💜👍
Good afternoon sunshine absolutely love your videos sir your the best ever thank you for sharing these wonderful videos with us I really appreciate it
sometimes the work is more important than filming. Nice job with the stacking and moving. Great video showing what real farm life is like
You made me laugh Tom hurrying up your dad whilst doing his explanation lol x
You want to tell your dad, to get a better combine driver the spout tells the grain chaser where to be, if he hangs it to the side of the swath you have to drive on it or you lose grain. More money in grain than straw, straw is a by product. 😉😉
One of your best videos. Really enjoyed it. Always wanted to drive tractor 😄 Have a great weekend.
Thanks for another great video
I'm guessing this video is before your covid event. Really hope you and Jo are back on your feet. Take care.
Very good video. Shows what a farmer does.WORK HARD!
Make hay while the sun shines, they say.
Good work on both your part.
Happy hay, happy cows, happy farmers. 😎
Have a great weekend Tom and family 🍻
If Carlsberg did neighbours, they'd be Tom's Irish neighbours!! 🇮🇪
i work on a farm with wheat crop included (no animals) we try not to drive over the straw if possible but you don't always have a choise, especially this year it has been rough for the people baling straw with the amount of rain we got (in the netherlands)
great video!!!!
Awesome trailer reversing skills💪
Forgot to say are you going to see olly and drive his combine
Great crop of straw mate
Not the worst straw video at all, at least we got to see you and your dad loading and leading, and while new shiny machinery is nice, this video shows that its not vital to a good days work. Another good, honest video, well done👍
Thanks John ☺️ This mean a lot
P11🤩🤩🤩🤔🤩
Hi Tom, Great big bales of oat straw should work out fine for a shelter / windbreak for the Highlands this winter. Problem 1 solved. Also I made the observation that, that old trailer is in urgent need of a new platform. Did you by any chance salvage the wooden slats from the old barn ? If so these I feel sure would make a good restoration job for the trailer platform. Problem 2 pending. How is the new shed progressing ? Time for an update - this coming Sunday perhaps. Also how is Joanna coping with the Covid ?
Tried to make a video before I went the Ireland but it looks like I’m going to struggle unfortunately. Thanks for asking about Joanna she is not doing to well. Really struggling with it at the mo. Fingers crossed rest will get her better
@@TomPembertonFarmLife Sorry to hear Joanna is not coping too well. I do hope she makes a full recovery soon. Please let her know we are all thinking about her and hoping for a speedy recovery. Are you in Ireland just now ? I guess the filming location is secret but which county are you in.
Worst straw video ever but I still watched it all and enjoyed it! 🚜🟨🟨🟨
Like today’s music
Genuinely I have never driven on a row more then once per field
I raise you connix wireless lights. They’ll change your life for ever, 💪
You mention, “We need a new trailer”, but, in a few seasons, it’s no longer a new trailer & the old trailer will 100% do the job, with a it of Kramp-ing here & there…
Oh, they’re borrowed, but hey, “The Ginge” explained it all with the biggest heart possible re: the neighbors…. I love that big guy!
Good morning happy Friday 09 03 21 👍👍👍🤠🤠🤠
Get on kramp and get some straps ordered 🙈
How's the Covid19 recovery been, you looked in pain today. Great job done today
hope his recovery is going well..
Where is Heidi Tom ?
Are you recovered from the Covids now then Tom?
Naughty naughty Tom no straps on the road 😮
Hello
Hay! That trailer is rubbish. Post it me Queensland Australia will fix it immediately.
Who's farm are you storing the hay at?
Over the road ☺️
Are haystacks still a thing ? Haven't seen one in years🤔🍻
You should get a workshop sorted and a cheap compressor and in the winter downtime clean and paint your equipment stop it rusting away it doesn't look like you take much pride in your equipment when its all rusty
I can usually eat three Shredded Wheat but I doubt I could manage one of those. Well done to Tom, for struggling through while in obvious pain, he's a real trooper - there's no business like show business!
STOP PUTTING YOURSELF DOWN THOMAS! I really enjoy watching all your videos. It's super nice to see you and the ginger guy with the 🐄👜 working together. Your close bond reminds me so much of when I worked with my pop and at weekends we used to paint scenery together for the local stage society. He's been gone 🌈 17 years but you working with your pop has brought back those wonderful memories. Thank you. I look forward to the next video 👍 x x x
I think this has been edited to exclude that tyre!
Yes it was! I was one of the people who said
what tyre?
@@ScottishLad. At 7:04 there was a clip of him under the trailer fitting the lights. The clip showed one of the tyres in very bad condition and definitely not legal which he didn’t notice. A few of us mentioned it and he took the video down an hour ago and re uploaded it without the clip.
The blokes done hundreds of hours of videos to entertain us how about we cut him a break and forget about it, I'm sure it'll be sorted.
I cant imagine the amount of videos I'd have to delete if my life was filmed at work and I think most people would be the same if they are honest with themselves.
@@jakejenkins4380 ok cheers, yeah stuff happens on a farm, I've been caught out before on a 2 year old tyre that had dry rotted from behind and didn't spot it until i got a nail stuck in it, these things happen, thats the last time we will be buying cheap Chinese tyres lol
Never mind you were too busy to film. You got the important work done first and videoed what you could. Thanks again Tom always nice to see your Dad exited about things getting done right.
Applejack120 - 100% agree it's just great to have a regular catch up Tom and his fellow UA-cam farmers are busy working farmers, but I do like a little peak into what's happening on a regular basis so much appreciate Tom taking time out 👍
Would not get away with out straps on up in Scotland the police would stop you 😢
Trying to rush the Ginger Warrior!!! Oh my!! Always entertaining. Besides, got to see lots of driving around.
It might be a cool video sometime to go over some of the more....unique equipment, and how it is used. Like the Hay Bob, or that neat bale lifter on the Manitou. Just a thought.
I love the music you play. Can you make a play list? The Hoof GP put one out and I love to have them.
Great video Tom but fix that trailer and strap those bales. Danger does not take a day off.🙈😁🏴
What a difference a year makes eh Tom, however it’s far better to have to much straw than not enough and I hope 🤞 that you and your good lady get over that nasty 😷 bug soon and until next time TaRa for a bit.
Farmers know this, that the yellow gold from the fields, is vital for a good hard winter, happy you got a big load of these, they are always needed and there is always to little of them in the springtimes :)
So sorry you’ve got hurt ribs, they are by far the most painful injury to have. Glad the hay worked out well for you all this year.❤️❤️
Tom you need a new floor on the trailer great 👍 drone footage keep them coming stay safe 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴👩🌾👩🌾🚜🚜
Never mind Tom, next time it comes to bailing you could try and ask George Lucas to come and do the filming, you could call it straw wars, lol, 👍👍👍😀
0:21 Who's XJS is that looks very clean!
Your kids, grandkids be able to have generations of experience and little stories from these videos. Not just for us lot to enjoy, but them all too. Thanks!
Great stuff Tom, hopefully you won't run short on straw this year Tom. Fine tight bales. The farm over the road has really changed in the past few years. Great to see development, just like on your farm. 👍🏼💚
I love the hay/straw Bob it was my favourite machine and for some reason we sold it for a tedder but it’s such a handy Machine to have
I’ll get a video next time. Sorry about that 🙈
I never tyre of your videos Tom, keep it up!
What happened to the original video? 😭
Is that your dad Jag the red car in the background
Were you channeling the Shamen when you said 'Calves are good, Cows are good' at the beginning of the video? I was expecting your next line to be 'Eberneezer Goode' with the rhythm you said it!
Question: do your girlies prefer one type/flavour of hay over another? don't mind missing out on the fluffing and baling; bouncing around in the cab was entertaining enough -- It felt like I was sitting right beside you!
Tom, very interested in how they make those rectangular bales of hay. Haven't seen them on your farm in the past Do you prefer the round or the rectangular?
To do list. Place new lumber on floor of wagon.
Big 👍 to your neighbours Tom, Excellent that you all help each other out when you can. Also the Ginger Warrior is a shining example of a top bloke! What a father.
Niceeeeee
Love to listen to your dad, cos he explains everything properly.
LOVE THE VIDS.🥰🥰...
KEEP'EM COMING.🤞🥰...
RICH(UK).🥰🥰🥰.!.!.!
i still love all your videos and i don't farm - i am watching cammy and the hoof GP too - well doneTom xx
You seem so disgusted that you didn't get footage but don't sweat it! You farm, we watch. Simple....because we'll still be watching!
Tom , I think Kramp probably sell rachet straps which you should be using to secure your load,
Excellent job ,thanks for sharing 👏👍
Dog yes please people
Baby 🍼
good job brother..nice to see your activities, vast hay fields..
make FARMERS HAPPY!
273rd! GOOD EVENING TOM AND THE GINGER GUY! Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA 😊
What's the blue pipe for in the case tom? I've watched all of your videos and you've never failed to impress 😊👍🏻
Do you still have covid or is this an old video that you scheduled
Never mind you can't do everything, sometimes we miss out on things that are important for something else more important. Take care of yourself and those sore ribs.
I'm really kind of confused I thought you had the virus now I'm seeing you out on the farm well I hope you're doing well my friend God bless🙏🚜 good video
So, you hurt your ribs at a Stag do??. Yeah right. Any story will do! Young Marrieds. Question - "Do you watch Telly, at night"??
Is that another stock shed at farm over the road ??
Good job. I guess the bails are now so big that you don’t have to rope them off like we did with the old bails in the 70s. I remember doing the ginger giant’s job and as we stacked the trailers high the last bails were always a challenge.🚜👍
Olly got a new sprayer through UA-cam perhaps you could get a new tractor through you tube or even a new parlour I know your getting a new cow shed but with your business sense and ambition you could achieve anything👍
LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!! Watch it all the time. However….your accent is strong and you talk fast. I know, I know, it’s my problem as an American, not yours. I’m getting better at understanding but still sometimes a challenge.
Again, great show of farm life in England.
#10thGenerationDairyman if you don’t follow already you might be interested x
While I do love the fluffing and baling, watching your tractor-driving skills was enjoyable. Thumbs up! 👍
So kinda off topic of the video. But I live in the United States. Just curious is there anyway to order any beef from your store and have it shipped here?
You say missed filming opportunities, I say that's farming.
Like a well oiled machine you and ya dad working together.
Very lucky man to be working with dad
@@TomPembertonFarmLife that’s a beautiful thing to say Tom. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great to see the hurlimann, nice video of yourself and the ginger so relaxed and happy.
Tom, you seem a bit under the weather... not quite yourself.
Great video Tom. Don’t worry about the footage you weren’t able to get. You had some good footage which made a great video.
Rumours are that you are taking over from Matt on Country File.
Hi Tom how are you going after covid and do you still have some symptoms.
Great video Tom, thank you 👍
Not to be negative but you appear to be doing a lot of running about with empty trailers. Would it not be more efficient to put the smallest trailer behind the manitou and you take the biggest with the tractor. I do like a loader tractor for bale carting, leaves the teleporter at home, and keeps it a one man job.
Mmmmm might have to look at Cramp as I need a few lights for a small car trailer im redoing
Is the Ginger dude on a diet? He looks like he has lost some weight and i may be imagining it but the things he is saying actually make sense for once. Seems to be a bit sharper mentally
I’ve noticed a slight change of the video when you did your lights on your trailer
Hi!!!. Don't put on that cap of yours. You will look good without it. 😊
