@@GODSCHILI1513spin dragoon, saizo, and frostic were the first 3 to release yeah but in terms of rubber parts it was Grip Attacker. Regardless the guy in the vid is dumb
I personally love the concept of different performance tip materials. Since there is no material that is better than another, but rather it has different uses. Basically having to sacrifice stamina, defense or attack depending on the tip instead of having an "supreme tip".
My favourite rubber attack tip was in beyblade burst and it is called evolution. It has little bumpy rubber nubs that you have to wear away at with lots of battles to eventually “awaken” it into being flat. It spins around the tornado ridge really well when you flat launch and it’s so much fun to use
The whole point of Rubber Flat tips was to execute a flower pattern by doing the sliding shoot technique. It was a necessary strat to hit the opposing Defence or Stamina bey sitting in the middle of the stadium. This technique was possible as past standard stadiums were circular with tornado ridges. With the X stadium not being symmetrical and the tornado ridge is replaced with the X-rail, there is no point or even no way to execute the flower pattern anymore, as Attack Types will now ride the X-rail to hit the Defence or Stamina bey in the middle. Unfortunately, the role of Rubber Flat tips are now made redundant already by the asymmetry and X-rail of the Beyblade X stadium.
The main thing is it's not a bit that provides immediate results. It's a genuinely good bit if you're willing to put in the effort and try different things. My favorite use case being on DranBuster 2-60. Takes a lot of practice, and I'll desperately need to hoard RAs. But it does go crazy
I think what is holding Rubber flat back in X is it's size, it's too big, which creates too much ffriction on the stadiums, making it loose stamina faster.
I think The RA Tip needs to be used and wear down a bit first before it can show more of it's potential. I've been Trying to make it for for the past few weeks now and I think Wearing down the rubber more And a certain Launch technique Makes it shine . Though That's from My testings so take it with a grain of salt
It takes a lot of practice and attempts at launch techs to make use of. That's also from my own personal testing too. It has a high skill floor but is absolutley worth investing time into
@acer3721 arms maybe sore but goddamn once you see the pay off of how it gives this aggressive Strike while have more stamina than Accel is really good . Also been trying it on DranBuster Today and Man , I can relay see it being a good combo DranBuster 1-60 RA .
@@chinyang1200 would recommend trying 2-60 for it! The two sides to the ratchet line up perfectly with the points on Buster that you'd want to make contact with ideally. But it also helps create an extra imbalance in the blade to exacerbate the imbalance that it has as well
@@acer3721 it kinda depends , cause I think sticking to The OTK Style and focusing on 1 Point of a powerful hit is good . Though ratchet wise It all comes down to preference, More balance So it can last longer and more chances of hits or Super OTK Focus
@chinyang1200 I think the increase in potential for over finishes and extremes is what made me prefer it. It's not even a combo I thought of, one of my friends in the comp scene in the Philippines fed me some builds and that was among his favorites
I think that Rubber Accel was just not really good designed. But they can definitely come up with a rubber bit which is good in the X system and stadium. My idea was to make a rubber Flat, and instead of having the whole tip be rubber, but just fill the hole (which makes it an actual *Flat* ). It also has a nice gimmick being that when the Tip is completely gripped to the stadium that the Bit will gain high speed to do an easier Extreme Dash even at less power
I feel its the accel which kills Rubber accel and the big lift. Maybe something similar to elevate. So hopefully a rubber flat or rubber point even a rubber cyclone with a piece like elevate.
I was actually hoping that Rubber Accel wasn't going to be that good. I think having to buy multiple copies of Rubber flat tips is a genuine problem (especially when they're locked on really expensive releases), I'm perfectly happy with TT making Plastic tips that are just as good or better for attack combos. Rubber Flat has always been a cool concept and always will, but I think it has proven to be inconvenient. Obviously though, Rubber tips like Rubber Semi flats or Rubber Ball, Coat Sharp, and Tips like Variable and Evolution that get more aggresive as they wear, are perfectly fine since in this cases, either wear isn't as noticeable or is literally encouraged and rewarded. Thus I'll be really happy to see them again.
I was expecting a thorough breakdown of why the X series failed with its rubber tip like how the breakdown for the Metal Fight saga segment was. Still a good vid though even without the breakdown like what the title was implying.
Unfortunately, X hasn’t been out too long to be able to get a huge segment in + Rubber Accel has only been out 1 month. I can’t really say X has Failed rubber tips 100% yet since we are so early into the Gen
First rubber tip was grip attacker 😅 and 1st beyblade was spin dragoon/ultimate dragoon. I zoned out with MFB pretty early but wasnt R2F considered bad compared to RF due to how it wears?
R2F wasn’t actually considered bad. It was used alternatively to RF and was the more aggressive out of the two. If you wanted a Beyblade combo to hit the hardest and fastest R2F was the go to, but RF is a much safer play
its good if you launch it at certain angles with the right combo you can get it to hit the rails at specific angles and have it get a super speed attack towards the center, so its not entirely ruined
I mean, in my opinion, it wasn't necessarily nerfed. Its still great but the reason why its not meta is due to the way beyblade has changed. Originally the beyblades used to be heavier but slower both in terms of the battle and the bey. Now in beyblade x, every battle is so fast paced. The launchers were modified to provide greater rotational speeds compared to the launchers of the past. And the x rail provides even greater propulsive speeds to all beys instead of beys needing to rely on their own limiting designs. at such high speeds, both rotational and directional, rubber doesn't just become obsolete it also becomes a problem. the immense friction would cause the bey to slow down too much and since the x rail turns rotation into propulsion. The reduction in speed from friction also reduces the directional speed. That's why having less friction in such a controlled environment (the beyblade x stadium) is much better. But hey maybe they might come out with harder rubber to mitigate that issue, though I still don't think it would provide much benefit.
Rubber tip is good but not in X Rubber tip can give you great attack power and good attack pattern that help attack type bey to knockout they other beys But in X that's work different First, the way you do knockout in X is a bit different, you need to send them out to the pocket or send them out of the extreme pocket When attack with rubber used in the burst standard stadium or metal fight stadium it's easy for them because the stadium knockout zone is more open and viable for knockout with this pattern of rubber attack But in X it's different Beys don't need rubber anymore the be more fast because they can just ride on the extreme line and accelerate the get fast as bey with rubber can be so sadly, rubber is irrelevant in the curret X meta game
Unfortunately, it’s only while supplies last. It was a limited set that you could only preorder by November 14th. So if you want to get one definitely make sure to do so by March through BeysandBricks if you can! 🙏🏻
I swear this is like the 6th time I’ve seen a beytuber use a black background, simple wording with 2 colors, and someone holding a small piece 😭
The new meta
If it works it works 🤣
The beyblade clickbait thumbnail situation is crazy...
Beyslop
Please don’t tell me they start doing the fucking antiwoke type thumbnails
I think because of the way the Beyblade x stadium works it no longer needs the usage for a rubber tip to be viable
For flats it needs to be smaller rubber sharps are still viable but rubber ball is useless
Just to mention, the first beyblade with rubber wasnt Dragoon S, it was Dragoon Grip Attacker
You’re right, this is what I get for not being as familiar with plastic Gen lmao
@@jacobpomegranateall good, anyway nice video 👌🏻

Unless you make a Beyblade significantly heavier the acceleration rail provides too much force sometimes for even rubber tips to handle

@ddmacc the rubber flat was most consistent at it, and in some cases was able to do it in slopes where normal flats couldn't

all you have to do is take stock dran buster and switch out the tip for rubber. It's loads of fun
Someone can explain why ray unicorno is attack type🤔
Spin Track - Defense 125
Performance Tip - Coating Spike
sounds like a balance type? or defense
It basically is a balance type. Early Gen would always get types wrong tbh haha
@jacobpomegranate 😄👍
Similar to Samurai Saber. Labeled as an attack type but has great stamina and basically point as a bit.
I think what is holding Rubber flat back in X is it's size, it's too big, which creates too much ffriction on the stadiums, making it loose stamina faster.
Also the rubber is soft and wears easily. I hope TT learns from it’s mistake and hardens it in march, and maybe release Rubber Rush.
In that case how well would it perform in Hasbro's stadium? It has a smaller size than TT's stadium so attacks happen a lot.
Great video man!!🔥🔥🔥 i think a durable rubber spike bit would do good in bbx

I have a question about why do people say that they will sun bath the rubber bit, like what does that even do and what changes does it give
