- A Subway employee called 911 on a family, claiming she thought they were going to rob her. The family, who had stopped while en route from Georgia to North Carolina said they simply had stopped to eat at the restaurant and said the employee called police because they were black.
Who takes 4 kids along to do a robbery? That employee is straight up hateful, yuk!

The manager at Black Bear restaurant, in Milpitas, California,
called the police on me because she wanted me to leave.
The cop asked me why I would not leave. I showed the cop my half a cup
of coffee. I told him I would leave when I finish drinking my coffee.
I went to the Milpitas Police Department
and tried to file a police report so she could get arrested
for filing a false police report against me.
The police department told me it was a " civil matter. "
He gave me a document to fill-out
so I could sue her in court.
I wanted her arrested.
The Milpitas Police Department REFUSED !
I called Black Bear Headquarters to find out her name.
They refused to cooperate. I never found out the name of
the manager at Black Bear Restaurant, in Milpitas, California.
I do believe in Karma,
so that is all I can hope for.

It was a given, before we left a restaurant. Even if we went when we first arrived. She would tell us to at least try, again, after we ate. My parents were not trying to stop every hour for potty breaks, if we didn't need to.
