- China's Premier Li Qiang has arrived in Australia on a four-day trip and met with the country’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
The visit is the first by a Chinese leader in seven years and it marks improving ties between the two countries.
Both China and Australia will see the visit as central to addressing outstanding trade and consular issues. Climate change, trade and even panda diplomacy has been discussed.
China is seeking to increase its influence in the South Pacific, expanding security and economic ties with island states that are historically allied with Australia.

A smart person will not trust the enemy's promises and give up his own security. It is undoubtedly foolish to believe in the promises of the enemy, but when choosing your own allies, you must keep your eyes open.
You have pre-assumed that China is Australia's enemy. Why?
It was Australia sent warships and military helicopter to Chinese shores, 8000 km away from Australia.
Was Australia trying to invade China? And bomb Shanghai?
Was Chinese military ever on Australian shores?
Don't forget Australia was being a puppet to santion China, Silly enough to believe US lies and bad influence! Most people know White house created military conflict to many Asian countries. Why? Because they don't want China to be the top dog! Plus they sold 2nd hand weapon to them to create US profits. US is not here for a peaceful world. They are here for war.
Mate Tough luck! Don't ever buy Ford and volkswagen car if you Being so sensitive about it. These cars used parts from China too. Because China is the global partner in Manufacturing!
Grow up and be a men, being puppet for US gave Australia no trade. Be friends with China have trades for Australia. You need to understand these simple theory.

China needs to diversify it's population with Climate Refugees from Africa and the Middle East, just like Australia, Europe, and North America.
Better yet why doesn't albanese go back to Italy or Ireland. All the many other millions of Irish in Australia and new Zealand go back to Ireland or Europe. Ireland is massive underpopulated and now there are massive protests against immigration and the country's changing demographics.

China is a great country that builds smart cities to improve the quality of life and a wonderful future for all humanity, while there are countries that cultivate and invest in hatred, racism, wars and immoral poverty. China has reached very advanced stages in its development of AI - quantum technology, 3 nanometers - advanced semiconductors (SMIC chips)

You're discussing foreign policy with a 5,000-year-old country? Thirty years ago, many people did not know China, and after thirty years, how can China be regarded as a threat by the United States? Australia as the Five Eyes alliance is talking about cooperation with China? Can Germany and France visit China when the West has imposed sanctions on China? Can Iran and the Arab States achieve historic reconciliation in Beijing? Your perception of China is still stuck in the era when made in China is junk, band the great power game is not a black and white game.

China has developed Hypersonic missiles that can aim and target any object and area globally, and US has admitted that they can not shoot it down. (Thats any distance on earth)
Thats why US pulls their aircraft carriers further away from China.
On the flip side, if China wants to attack Australia (only 8000km away) their missiles can reach every corner of Australia by push of a button.
In fact, even N.Korea has the ability to strike Australia if Kim wishes.
