Hi Maddie. I love your videos and creative recipes. Would you happen to have a ganache recipe using red wine and chocolate? If so, I would LOVE to try it. Thanks Carol
This sounds delicious thank you for creating this! If I wanted to omit the rosemary would you change anything else for a simple chocolate orange ganache filling? Also is the honey replaceable with inverted sugar? Thank you!
@@MaddieBrehm Thank you so much for replying and so quickly! I appreciate it. 🙂 Can I ask 1 more question....I noticed that you didn't use fresh squeezed orange juice. Was this because of water content in concentrate vs fresh squeezed? I had planned on using fresh squeezed but wondering if that won't substitute well.
If you only used white chocolate you would likely need to change the ratio of the other ingredients, so I don’t recommend doing a 1:1 switch, but it’s possible!
Ooohh sounds delicious !!! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you!!

Thank you so much! I do, but it’s not one that I’ve shared yet. Hopefully later this year though!

Yep honey can always be replaced by inverted sugar, and it wouldn’t change anything if you removed the Rosemary :)

Could also white chocolate be used instead of dark/milk chocolate? Thank you!
