Former PM Mbabazi, successor Rugunda console Nsibambi's family

Former Prime Ministers Kintu Musoke, Amama Mbabazi and Dr Ruhakana Rugunda have mourned the Prof Apolo Nsibambi, describing him as humble and a well meaning and responsible person. Kintu Musoke preceded Nsibambi in the office, while Amama Mbabazi succeeded the deceased, before handing over office to Ruhakana Rugunda. The trio converged at the late Apolo Nsibambi’s home in Bulange zone in Mengo.
