A new minister in-charge of Kampala will be known soon, says Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi. The premier confirmed that the position is vacant saying that Beatrice Wabudeya's term had lapsed with the old government. The Prime minister explained the confusion over Wabudeya's post when formally taking over office from his predecessor Apollo Nsibambi today morning.
