Was back in early 90s. by 1997. Rules popped up at the carnival. 2 Prize Limit per day for each Different Game Station. When i was playing, I was winning like between a dozen or more per game Station. See, I would save up my allowance all year to spend at the Carnival. When the Carnival came out with the new rule for winning prize. Just made me stop going to it. Lot of Carnivals I seen over the years are like that now.
