Crash Bandicoot 4 DLC would be great, and there is so many new worlds we could go to because of the time and space hopping nature of the game. For the next one I would nominate: - The 10th Dimension from Twinsanity (maybe play as Good Neuro Cortex and fight Evil Crash and Evil Coco). - (Original)Tawna gameplay (what have she been up to, did she disappear, we only know they lost touch). - A few levels in the Spyro universe, having Crash go up and against some Classic Spyro baddies.
You know what I wanna see? A dlc boss level for oxide because you hear his voice in one of the levels and they hype it up that maybe you have to fight him again. However they don't do anything with it. So would be cool if they added an oxide boss fight to the game.
There's also a model of Cortex wearing Uka Uka as a mask, for some reason. I hope all this material won't be just for nothing (which would mean we have seen nothing but cut content that will never be part of a post-launch support for the game)
I can confirm that that concept artwork IS in the game. If memory serves me right, you need to get EVERYTHING in the Mosquito Marsh hub to unlock the 'Enemy' concept artwork for that hub in the gallery, under which Ripper Roo is filed. Same applies to the other boss villains... though strangely, Oxide doesn't have any concept artwork. Instead, you get both N. Tropy's. They did Oxide dirty in this game. What is the POINT of bringing in a character into the story for the best part of under a minute?
@@ripparoofulgens8624 same here dude, could explain some stuff we never got the full picture of in the full game like the origins of Alt Tawna on how the death of the Bandicoots went down or heck a level with Tawna VS Oxide would be pretty great and would probally explain her whole theft of Oxide's Hovercraft which we never got to see.
But also if Ripper Roo were playable he would be like something on the lines of Ducktales with the whole pogo platforming he does in his Crash 2 boss fight, but translated as a means of playing as him without being too simular to the current playable cast.
There’s also the fact that Ripper Roo’s theme plays during the Run It Bayou surf sequences (I think there’s actually a cut version of the Run It Bayou theme where it’s even more obvious) - which makes me believe he was actually going to be playable or visible in at least this section of the game.
Yeah i was thinking on how Ripper Roo could play as if he somehow got a side game or a playable form that isn't a Kart Racer or something like that. In this case being him doing pogo platforming like he does during the Crash 2 boss fight, except in a playable form, like Ducktales. Plus having it so Ripper can use TNT crates to launch himself, kinda like another means of jumping, basically to the point of reaching height simular to Sheila the Kangaroo, basically yeah Spyro 3's Sheila gameplay mixed with Ducktales, that's what i would wish for.

Most definitely ripper roo actually tried to get better in crash 2, before his boss fight he's actually surprised to see crash then gets angry, as if saying, No I didn't want to see you I got my life together, I learned how to read, No I need you gone, out of my life along with that used cutip of a man.
Yeah, it feels like Cortex, Nina and the other scientists are the only ones who remain evil while the mutant animals left to have better lives. They were first evil because they were under Cortex/N. Brio’s control. In Crash 3, Tiny & Dingodile were probably forced to work for Cortex by Uka-Uka.
I think this might be cut content or a scrapped idea. Otherwise, I think we would've gotten an official teaser or something at least the week of Halloween.
Killer Surf was first called Halloween Party and also there are a soundtrack called Bay Breeze (Positive Energy) and cut soundtracks for Off Beat and Run it Bayou (this one for the regular and the n. verted mode level)
I think there is real potential for this game. I wouldn't be surprised if we got dlc for crash 4 and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we got a few dlc packs or events like we did in CTRNF with the GP. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they do here.
It could be possible that they were gonna do a Halloween DLC but it was cancelled due to time constraints or something. But my guess is that they have released some files but they just haven’t activated them for the players to use them yet, so it’ll just be some time to wait. I think a Halloween DLC will be coming as well. I’m like 90% sure it will. Even with this game’s hard difficulty I love to see more content in this game
There is a alternative version of the Run it Bayou jetboard theme with more of Ripper Roo's theme that was found in the files. Not to mention it has a N. Verted one too. Also that Halloween music seems to be placeholder and it is very possible to be for Halloween as well there were 2 other placeholder themes for "Off Beat" and another level. That Killer Surf song doesn't have a level tied to it as it seems.
Ripper Roo was definitely missed. He is one of my personal favorite villains. Along with Pinstripe and the Komodo Brothers and Tiny Tiger. Would love to see them all in some sort of DLC.
New titles for long ongoing series have been going the dlc/ expansion pass route nowadays... -pokemon sword/ shield got a two-part expansion pass instead of a sister title or sequel games - doom eternal’s getting a two-part post story expansion pass - Monster hunter world got a dlc expansion with iceborne I wouldn’t be surprised if they followed this route an made some sort of DLC expansion pass type deal and added some post story chapters, challenges, an skins
My favourite character - and hey, just imagine the gameplay if he was added :D Pogo bounce higher up (Like Sheila in Spyro gameplay) Crazy personality giving immunity to TNT's Has to use his feet for all jumps/spin attack It really would be so amazing to play, more so than Dingodile in my opinion :)
In hindsight, although a cool idea, I guess playable Ripper Roo didn't make much sense. At least not as much as Tiny would since Dingodile is playable.
If this turns out to be legit and Ripper Roo does come back in DLC (whether as a playable character or a boss you must fight), I'd welcome that 1000%. Honestly, it'd be good to get more content for this game.
I know that Dia De Los Muertos isn’t an actual halloween thing, but having Ripper Roo exactly in this 'spooky' level could be a teaser for him to come as a Halloween-themed DLC.
I would take this cut Halloween level theme and add it to Nina's nightmare in CTR. Because honestly it would fit better because Nina's nightmare is missing werewolf and witch sound effects.
Although most people expect Ripper Roo to be playable, I don't think he should. It's just my opinion, but I don't see any potential for him to be any different from the main characters, all I could see him doing was a bigger jump and that's it.

Well, Ripper Roo appeared in Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, but to be honest, I'm not really sure that Ripper Roo will playable character as a DLC for Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. Toys for Bob developers just confirmed that Tawna is a fifth and final playable character in the story of Crash 4: It's About Time. I think he'll might be returned in a future sequel to Crash 4: It's About Time which is a true "Crash Bandicoot 5". I don't know. Who knows? 🤔 But, yeah, it'll be interesting to see Ripper Roo as a DLC playable character and a DLC level for Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time for an update. And I would love to see what Ripper Roo's been doing after he was defeated and humiliated by Crash to prove much of a challenge yet again in the event of Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. That'll be interesting. But I'm still looking forward to see Tawna, Dingodile and Cortex to get their own skins, and the brand new skins for Crash and Coco for an update for Crash 4: It's About Time as well. 🙂

Oxide can't face to face meet Crash and Coco yet though seeing as I don't think the event of CTR have happened yet.
