Abby has such a cool energy! I want her to be my friend lol. Love how relatable, authentic, and Christ centered she is ❤
50 likes no comment I’ll fix that
Ohhh I love so much that you talked about sex BEFORE marriage and that you guys actually went from having sex to abstinence! That’s amazing and speaks so much about both of you and how much you must love each other ❤
I love how open and sweet you are! 😊 Especially about waiting until marriage! You're great, Abby!
Love how genuine, open and honest you are. Congratulations on your son!
Abby, you are a breath of fresh air! You are so down to earth and I respect that about you so much! Congrats on your beautiful CJ!

Love all your answers! You are filled with so much insight and wisdom, Abby!
Also. You and Caleb have a beautiful testimony!
This was such a chat and thankful for your transparency in your faith! We need more young woman role models to share truth as you and Caleb do.
So glad you are taking things slow and soak up baby time and heal. God bless you Abby ❤️
I love watching you!! You seem so genuine! :)
Thank you so much Brynley!!
I admire how confident and sure of yourself you are!
4 csections here! Definitely include pelvic floor exercises. Also eventually massage and stretch csection scar to fix adhesions. No one ever told me that.....I started after the 4th and it makes a big difference! Love that yall stopped being intimate and that you were so honest about it❤
I love your TMI. THANK YOU GIRL - some girls need to hear this
Absolutely adore this beautiful lady! 🥰.
Just a genuine kind, caring, Godly woman. So refreshing here on UA-cam.
Thanks, Abby…for being your authentic self! ❤️💕❤️
Wow I love your honesty when discussing previous eating habits (both binge cycle and maybe restrictive) I went through something similar so it has also been a concern of mine about pregnancy in the future
Just has my first baby via C-section on 7/20 so I can relate to the recovery struggles. This video just felt like chatting with a friend and I loved that. ❤ keep up the good work, mama!
Omg that’s my birthday!! We share a birthday and congratulations on your baby!!!
I love your energy Abby! 🧡 Love how real you are, I always get excited for a new video! 😃🤗 Thank you for sharing your life with us!!! 🧡🧡 I had an emergency c section 10 months ago and started exercising maybe 2 month’s postpartum, but I was doing everything slowly. At first you feel like a beginner again but I promise it gets better. Now 10 months pp I can do everything I was able to before I got pregnant! 🤗
Hi Abby!!
I’ve had two c sections - my most recent 9 months ago. I wanted to rush back into lifting/cardio/All the things as soon as I was cleared. My doctor told me I needed to slow down and explained in detail what they did to my abs to get sweet baby out of there. Also she explained how the outside is healed but the inside layers can take longer. She was probably trying to scare me straight 😂😂but I knew in my heart that she was right and that I needed to take it slow. I did a lot of stretches. Walks. Yoga. And then as my body felt more ready- I did “post partum” workouts and then eased back into my typical lifting workouts as time passed and healing occurred. You’re doing all the right things and your mindset is right on point.🖤🖤🖤
your perspective on life and womanhood is so beautiful and refreshing! Congrats on baby CJ, wishing you all the best!
Thank you so much Samantha!!
Thanks for the vid! You guys are the best parents!!
Thank you so much!!! Hope you enjoy :)
Abbi you give such a sweet older sister vibe
I just kept thinking... wow, she's beautiful.
I love how calm u r with him. My youngest is 6 and looking back I realise I was a nervous wreck. Good going MamaBear
I love finding creators that speak of their relationship with Christ ❤ thank you for this 🥰
Holy cow, you are a breath of fresh air! So genuine and I literally feel like you’re my friend!
The way CJ is holding onto you 🥹🥹🥹 I wish we were friends! You are so real and I love it ❤
Ok just realized you have a UA-cam and I love you so much!!!
I love this video! I really enjoyed you talking about your mindset when it comes to what people think about you. I struggle with that so much and I wish I could have your mindset and live my life free.
Wow, I felt like we were chatting face to face. Loved this videos. Definitely one of the best I’ve seen. Love your mindset. When you have such a great relationship with God everything is great.🙏
Wow, thank you!!!🤍🙏
I just love how you are so candid and open. ❤
this was so fun to watch! love how real and honest you are
For postpartum exercise. Start with pelvic floor exercises and making sure your abs close and you don’t get recti diastasis. Running start very slow. If your pelvic floor is not strong you will have problems later if you start running too much and too early.
I've decided I absolutely LOVE you! You're my new fave vlogger :)
Congrats on CJ 🎉🎉
For fitness after c-section taking it slow is the name of the game. Start with vacuum breathing to strenthen your core. There’s UA-cam videos on fitness after c-section. It helped a lot to start slowly. 2 years later I’m still very conscious of my posture and how my abs feel while doing a workout. If they feel like they’re giving in at the scar location then I immediately stop what I’m doing and try something else. At first planks were a no go because it put too much strain on my scar location.
The posture thing is so good - I didn’t realize how much my core had disappeared these last few months until my back started aching and I had a hard time keeping my shoulders back during recovery!
Omgosh I thought I was the only one!!! When I used pads at nighttime, I did the same thing 😄😂 multiple pads and I’d literally stuff my underwear with paper towels when it was super heavy 😅
I hate the feeling of sticky hands too!!😂 I literally can’t use lotion bc it grosses me outtttt😅
Thanks for sharing. I love this and you spoke about some amazing things that I don’t really hear any other women talk about. Thanks for opening up to us. I love you faith and that you talk about it.
Had an emergency c section a year ago. Was hospitalized and bedridden the majority of pregnancy and broke my tailbone as well at 6 months pregnant. Walking everyday was what healed me fast i believe. I started with pelvic floor exercises and yoga and then worked up to bodyweight then eventually was back training probably 10 weeks PP. GO SLOW or you will do more damage. ❤
Hi! How many minutes a day would say that you did exercises leading up to 10 weeks?
@@RennieBeth I babywore my son and walked maybe a mile everyday in the winter and then I started the yoga and pelvic floor at 6 weeks PP and bodyweight soon after. I didn't have a timed goal, just to move my body.
I had to wait 6 weeks after my c-sections for exercise. You look great!
Abby I just love how real you are, I feel like you could be a great UA-cam friend❤ thanks for sharing your c section experience. My daughter had hers 3 weeks ago today. Her daughter has the same bday as Auggie. She still is very sore I know it’s just gonna take time. I’m so glad you a sweet CJ are doing Awesome! Hope you can do a day in the life of a newborn soon would be so fun😊
Thank you so much Lindsey!!🫶 Congrats on your grandchild!!!!!!
Love the video! Also loved the podcast episode you and Caleb did! Hugs ❤
I had a c section 7 months ago. I transitioned back into exercise with an app called Sweat. They have postpartum exercises. For the first 3 months, it helped me in building the strength and core. But first and foremost, you need that OK from your OB. I live in Canada and that follow up is after the first 6 weeks. I tried running like 1 M a month ago and it hurt a little. It. So I’d say slowly but surely and listen to your body!!!
I never comment on anything but I just want to say thank you so much for sharing your faith. I really admire and look up to you 🤍
Thank you Julia!!! 🫶 I appreciate you!!!
I am sorry birth was so hard for you. I had an unmedicated water birth at a birth center and it was so fast (almost too fast - by the time we got in the car, i was pushing involuntarily!), easy and beautiful and I honestly can't wait to do it again so it bums me out to hear stories like this. Recovery was also so easy for me, helped by the sunstone pregnancy tea. I hope you can have a redemptive birth experience in the future. My sweet friend also had an emergency c section with her first and then was able to have a home birth with her second and it was so healing for her. Our baby is almost 7 months now and there have been some really hard times but also beautiful ones, so take it in when you can, and hang in there when you feel like you can't. I've been praying one psalm a day for our daughter and it has been such a wonderful time each day.
Loved your answers. Very raw and honest.
Thank you Suzie!
I subscribed to you recently because i watch matt and abby podcast. As i was listening to this video i love that we have some similarities. I cant wait to keep watching your family grow. God bless you and Caleb on your newest addition.
🤍🤍
love you guys! cutest fam!!✨🩷
CJ is adorable. You are an amazing Mom! I listened to the Podcast y”all linked with Joey. It was so good ❤️
Thank you so much Hailey!! :)
I absolutely LOVED this video. We are definitely soul sisters. 🩷🩷
🥹🤍🤍🤍
I love your vids. 💞. Pls keep them coming.
I had an emergency C-section for my second and while I was not super fit prior it did take months before my core felt stronger. My incision area felt like it took forever, at least 6 months before I felt more comfortable with core exercises. I am 3 years out now from it.
Love how real you are!
You look great with no make-up on 🍀
Abby you’re the best
I want to see more!!!
Oh my gosh I did the same thing making a diaper while I slept 😂
I loved the nuvaring. It can raise your blood pressure tho, after several years my Gyno recommended switching to an iud
Favorite video on your channel so far!
Wow, thank you!!!🥹
Great video :)
i had a c-section and i was told by my doctor to wait till 4 weeks but i waited 6 weeks. it was hard to get back in it but i did 1 more lap every time i went and it just got easier every time.
Thanks for sharing :)
@@calebandabby of course!! Love you
My brother hears the intro and says I’ll skedaddle… he left my bedroom 😂😂
I loved this video!😂😁☺️
Nobody told me how absolutely massive placentas are. I don't know what I was expecting, but they are huuuuge
I remember my first time using a tampon, I was reading the instructions inside the box 😂
I also had a c section in March after 3.5 hours of pushing! I thought working out would be a breeze after 6 weeks and I still have been struggling so much and Rory is almost 6 months old 🥲
Love this soooo much.
So wild I had the same experience with a long labor and pushing for 3 hours and had to get c-section and baby was lodged in my pelvis. Poor thing had small welts on each side of her head from being stuck😔 But she is a thriving 2 year old now!
Awwww I’m s sorry! So glad she’s happy and healthy now🤗
Abby, you look wonderful for just having a C-section not long ago. I have to get one thing off my chest. When someone is pregnant people always ask how much they gain during the 9 months. 1st if the mother wants to put it out there they will. But it is dowm right RUDE TO ASK SOMEONE THAT QUESTION!!! Maybe that is just me. I don't know. But it just rubs me wrong. You and Caleb seemed to be eating healthy most of the time. You and Abby was close to 9 lbs. But I don't remember what CJ weighed. Little Story is probably going to have have 3 boys looking out for her. I can not wait to see all of the kids yours, Matt & Abby's, Lauren & Arie, Ķatie & Josh, and Dallin & Bella. 🥰
Abby is such a beautiful soul
I’ve had 2 c-sections and am having a 3rd soon, the worst part to me is actually during the c-section (even though it’s really quick, I hate being numb and feeling like I can’t breath). Everyone talks about recovery, but compared to the actual surgery and the first few hours after (I threw up a lot) the next few weeks of recovery don’t make me nervous. Anyone else feel the same?
C-section mom here! I'm 4 months postpartum, and the past month is when I've really just started to feel like my body is ready for some more intense exercise. I started with walking right after having my baby and increased the distance and speed over time. I also felt like my core was so, so weak afterward, so I started with super slow with those exercises too. I've been slipping little exercises in while rocking my baby like lots of calf raises and mini, isometric lunges. 😂 Best wishes to you on your journey!
Thanks for sharing!!! Congrats on your baby!!!🤗
Love the videos!
Great video thanks for sharing ❤
I wish my husband and I waited too ❤ were you guys each other’s first? I wished that too.
I love you so much!!!!
Abby the baby is so darn cute
Really love your videos! Just feedback, not meant as criticism, but the mic souds kind of raspy and I wonder if your regular built in mic would sound more “calm”
This is fun
Hey Caleb and Abby
Not true for everyone about losing weight! I gained 30 which was perfect for my age and weight and only lost 3 pounds in 9 months now… so annoying 😆
What kind of church do y’all go to?
I’m really scared to get my period can you give me some advice
Is the hospital you went to a major education institution?? Did they have residents?
Have you considered an IUD?
I'm not a girl but I just wanted to say hey Abby ❤ congratulations #boymom
skidaddle
Will u have a vbac
Post Partom anxiety
It was 8th grade 😂😂❤
Thank you for not specifying how much you gained! It can be so harmful to compare. Every body is different
