Love the video! I just picked this mold up and am excited to use it. Did you use medium sized frit for the leaf color? And black fine or black powder for the leaf veins?
Thanks Heather! The black is powder for the leaf veins, and the frit used in this tutorial is fine frit. The manufacturer project guide is linked in the description, which will give you the required fill weights, colour recommendations, and suggested firing schedules. Happy casting!
Hi Gary, for this project Heather used transparent frits. Opal frits can be used for casting, though there is greater colour depth in the piece when using transparent frits.
