Thank you for pointing that out. The only thing I would say is that we should get away from the partisan politics. The powers to be have us locked into this two-party system, which helps them to maintain control. I identify as an independent and it's up to the candidate to prove how they will represent me. More specifically, I am a libertarian in that I believe the constitution should always be the center-point of our governmental actions and that the gov't should be playing a limited role in our lives...not this huge federal bureaucracy that it has become. But the two-party politics is just keeping all of us divided, so we don't unite and point our fingers at the powers to be who ultimately make all the major decisions (such as inflation and going to war).

America’s government is a constitutional republic. It is not a democracy. It is vitally important that we the people understand the difference.
A constitutional republic is a government in which we have been given certain inalienable rights. In a constitutional republic there is a separation of powers that is meant to guarantee those rights and protect them from tyrannical actions. We the people have the power and the right to vote in elected officials to lead the country on our behalf. These representatives swear an oath to follow that Constitution, which includes the Bill of Rights.
In a democracy, the majority rules. So 51% of the given population has total control. The majority could and probably would rule over an individual without regard to their God-given rights.

Actually I like Kerry's carbon dioxide footprint. The bigger the better. The world desperately needs more CO2. When our plants and grasses developed the CO2 level was 1500 ppm. It is now only 410 ppm. CO2 is the basic building block for all life on this planet and the concentration of it in the atmosphere is only 0.04% considered as a trace gas because there is so little of it.
For comparison our atmospheric concentrations of Nitrogen is 78,000 ppm , Oxygen at 21,000, Argon at 3,000 ppm and lowly CO2 is only 410 ppm
