- Recently my phone and UA-cam feed have been absolutely inundated with ads for an exciting new product called Tactical X Abs Stimulator!
Tactical X Abs Stimulator claims to be a "groundbreaking new military invention" that "turns men into beasts" and "melts body fat like butter." The makers of the product have repeatedly hammered me, day in and day out, with pictures and videos of big, strong, ripped guys while invoking imagery of powerful and secretive military technology as being responsible for this supposedly highly potent and supposedly new product. And they make some really fantastical claims about what Tactical X Abs can purportedly do.
Power new military invention!
New groundbreaking technology!
It will change my life.
Make me ripped.
Turn me into a beast.
Melt my fat off like butter.
Rapidly build muscle.
Without working out or dieting.
10x faster than regular exercise!
HOLY COW. Those are some monstrous claims. But is there really any merit to any of this whatsoever? Or it all just one big giant marketing scam designed to quickly leech out as much money as possible before it eventually fades away? To find out, let's review what Tactical X Abs Stimulator is, the science it is based on, and what people are really saying about it.
Today's video is broken down into 4 major parts.
1. We discuss what electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is and we review the manufacturer's claims regarding Tactical X Abs Stimulator (an EMS device) as well as how they are marketing their product.
2. We review the ACTUAL science regarding electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and see how that compares against the manufacturer's claims regarding Tactical X Abs Stimulator.
3. We compare reviews of Tactical X Abs Stimulator from the manufacturer's website against Google reviews to see if there are any large discrepancies that should raise red flags.

There are EMS devices for your arms, legs, back and booty. You still need to work out and change eating habits, but they help speed up the process of getting shredded if you’re consistent.
You may not be able to walk if it will emulate 50000 squats 🤣🤣🤣🤣
one big clue that a product is a scam is that it's only available from their website, a place where they can control what "reviews" of their product they show. they don't dare sell it on amazon or somewhere, because then they won't be able to remove negative reviews.
Another clue is not having to do any work to achieve something beyond the norm. Same as “I’m rich from working five minutes a day”… fuck outta here!

Great video bro, you should do the X3 bar next. They try to say that resistance bands can replace weight lifting and cardio all in 10 minutes. Bullshit. Im sure it would be a good in use with a weight training program.
The wild friggin thing about X3 is the dude who releases it also has an Amazon book he sells that is a giant ass ad for the X3. Any comments like: 'that's just a bar with a band attached' are dismissed immediately. The snake oil is strong with that one.

Wish I had taken the time before purchasing the product to gather some reviews either here on UA-cam or Google.
Not only do I feel scammed opening the package, the actual device that was sent is nothing like what was advertised from the site I purchased it from.
I recently emailed the company with hopes of getting a refund or at least support on how to use the device because only 2 of the 3 buttons actually work.
I drive trucks for a living and have gained a few lbs over the years, I thought I could use some help in my down time to stimulate my muscles after my workout.
All that being said, complete waste of my money and I appreciate your review on this product.

Most of the military people I interact with (quite a bit with my day job) don’t lift and definitely don’t look like they lift lol.

Melts men into butter beasts. They should run that as it combines all the superlative salutations of their product.
I can see the idea but, it would take alot of electricity to actually make the muscles rock hard, then relax slowly and become rock hard again and at that point it'll be close to 7 milliamps which is what it takes to stop the heart. Your nervous system already directs electricity to your muscles when you workout, the real trick is to put strain on them, to quickly tense then relax slowly whilst keeping load on them until you relax.
That's thee best way to really build muscles that and periodically switching between different sets of muscles to allow each time to recover and repair themselves after you've worked them.

I REALLY wouldn't go for electrical stimulation of any sorts. There has been assumptions that this type of device could damage one's motor neurons units and potentially lead to neurodegenerative conditions like ALS.
I’m thinking that after your workout in the gym, this might be helpful on your ride home. If I’ve done abs today and I’ve got a nice good body temperature then I don’t see how this can hurt.

Funny that my mom has the same exact e-stim unit and got it from Czech teleshopping years ago and has no abs. Maybe thats why her's doesnt work, its not the tactical one.
On a sidenote, imagine the torture of having electricity flex your abs the equivalent of 50 000 sit-ups in 20 minutes. You would probably suffocate from not being able to expand your chest enough.

I recently injured my both knees, ruptured my ACL on a ski accident. Being a very active person in my older adult years was and is my passion. I was enjoying my three hours hikes, long walks, going to the gym and lifting now I am basically crippled for Who knows how long. I was looking for different products to use so I can preserve some of my muscles before they all atrophied. I have used EMS for recovery for Physical Therapy. This isn’t the first time this type of Ab Stimulator has been marketed. I think this process could work, but I doubt that many people would pick ab electric muscle stimulation over crunches. The EMS if set high enough will cause a harder and therefore a more painful contraction than exercise.

Idk where my mom got mines but I use to think it prob didn’t work because I hardly felt any pain because yk pain leads to getting better but when I increased the intensity from 8 to 21.. well I saw real quick. Now this isn’t to say that it works but my stomach hurts a lot and it could be a good thing and this is my honest review after day 1 of using it

Soooooooo, even though the research was really informative, i thought you was going to actually review the product, with that said i think you should reach out to the company and ask them to send you one for review. I am in no way standing up for this company, being in military at some point of my life, i hate when people scam other people or try to use the military as a foundation to scam other people. Use your platform and really expose them if they are fake.

i have won contest, 3 of them as a natural bodybuilder, beating other juiced up bodybuilders. i am known for my serious ab development back in the day. I can tell you firsthand. I just had hernia surgery , so i need to recover. I do not believe that this ab stimulator is going to help you just like that. I believe that if you train the abs at the gym, 3 times a week, it might help a little. Melts fat off like butter-NO THAT WILL NOT BE HAPPENING. I see this. Sorry. I am actually thinking about getting one, as and in between supplemental ab workout.

They only didn't get the results because they did it wrong. You have to add a lot more electricity than what they allow for in the product to get the results. I did it, and now I'm 7 foot tall, with a 14 inch shlong, and I have the physique of Ronnie Coleman, but with a Nikki Minaj booty complete with the hole. I also have long skin flesh nipples, and diabetus....There are also giant swollen utters on my head that spew milk everywhere when I laugh.
