- Neem or nimber, what we call in Ayurveda is a very good herb when it comes to skin disorders. As such it is very good for all the disorders and overall immunity of the body. But we it comes to skin disorders neem stands almost among the top level of the herbs. the leaved which are cleansed after collecting can be boiled and the decoction of it can be used as per the advise of the Ayurvedic doctor and if it is used in any kind of skin disorder then it will definitely have a good result on the skin. It mainly acts on the pitta and the kapha dosha in the body and it also acts as an antimicrobial agent. Neem oil or neem used in the form of the oil is one of the best remedies for many of the skin disorders or where the imbalance in the pitta and the kapha can be corrected very easily. Due to its taste it also acts on the digest disorders and acts as a best deworming agent if it is used on regular basis. Many of the skin disorders of modern science are placed under one heading in Ayurveda called as kushta. So neem or nimber if used methodically under supervision, definitely will prove better and help in healing many of the skin disorders if used on a regular basis and on a right manner.

We are using neem and turmeric mixture added to boiling water then taking bath with this. Using neem stick as toothbrush to remove kapha on daily basis

@@doctors-circle IMO... get him on a Gluten-free diet. Go to Paleo diet... and give it 3 to 6 months. He can also be tested for gluten sensitivity... but the typical doctor's office does gluten sensitivity tests that aren't very good... and there are many false positives. Genetic test for the gluten sensitive genes is your best option. I spent $400. Showed me I definitely should NOT be on Gluten. An anti-body test is also a good way, but look at IgA, IgM and IgG. Not just one. Average doctors are clueless about this... but Celiac (all manifestations... GI, Skin, Joints, etc.) is rampant and people really need to just avoid GRAINS. Not just gluten, but also corn and rice. Also, get off DAIRY. Dairy proteins look a LOT like Gluten, and the immune system gets confused. I'm off Gluten and Dairy and it has been amazing turn-around. I learned about my celiac problem from itchy skin... my only symptom! Yet, I think I've been gluten sensitive all my life. My poor immune system has been dealing with this for decades! Hope this helps. Look up DH (Dermatitis Herpetiformis). AKA "Gluten rash". He may have other symptoms that you can note are related to potential Gluten sensitivities. Just because yoou don't have GI issues... and regular diahrea... doesn't mean you don't have celiac. Do your research. I eat clean, organic, grassfed beef, wild caught fish, free range chicken, lots of veggies and fruits... and SOME nuts. Fat is important. I also supplement, because years with this problem means I don't absorb nutrients like I should. B vitamins especially. Fat soluble vitamins like D, E and A are critical... but you need good FATS in youro diet. Don't be afraid of FATS!! Hope this helps.
