stan buying into cartman, and ignoring kyle, is so out of character. ties in with the other good bit about somehow cartman failing to jump the homeless will do something.
this episode is a perfect example of their writing. their ability to take one topic (homeless people) and connect it to something completely unrelated (zombie movies) but have it fit perfectly is just top notch
Lol yeah, he definitely pitched the premise for this episode. I live next to Venice in Santa Monica and sadly, the presence of homeless people has been an off and on issue for a while. Lately they've been forcing them to bounce from Venice and other places near the beach due to resident complaints of looking at them from their 7-figure condos, but although it's a terrible problem not easily solved, it's been overblown in the news and whatever.
"That's when I started suspecting that my own wife, who I've been living with for 20 years, was actually homeless" I love when South Park just goes over the top dummy stupid. Absolutely hilarious 😂
South Park Christmas episodes in order!!!! * S2 E16: Merry Christmas, Charlie Manson ! * S3 E15: Mr. Hankey’s Christmas classics * S3 E16: Are you their god? Men i just love the running joke that it was Kyle idea to jump over homeless people 😂 you should catch "Bebe’s boobs destroy society" s6ep10, its a favorite of mine lol
The one time is think Kyle is OG for giving the homeless $20 to help him. The night of the living dead starting the homeless as zombies and spare change as the anti-cure
You should do the entire 22nd season! A bunch of hilarious stuff happens. Tegrity Farms is founded, Mr. Hanky says goodbye, Towelie returns, and a bunch of other hilarious things happen!!! 😂
This is a real thing lol, Santa Monica is baaaaad. Row after row of homeless. They come because they can camp out on super rich people’s front porches, cops won’t do anything and the weather is warm. All of California is pretty riddled with homeless but some places it’s baaaaaad. Santa Monica beach along the boardwalk is just like Skid Row. Like a city of tents for miles. I used to be a lot more caring (and I feel bad that I’m not because there are some truly good souls out there that need help) but there’s just too much crap to deal with man. You never know if it’s a person legit in need or a psycho whose gonna start screaming or grab you if you speak. Used to go scooter out in Santa Monica! Not anymore though. Never jumped any homeless. But if I HAD to I probably could get 3 with a good ramp.
As a horror movie fan, I absolutely love this episode. And I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who reacted to this episode like you did. Freaking cool.
I love this episode but it’s so out of character for Kyle to so desperately want Cartman to jump homeless, and they don’t really explain why he was acting like that
2:01 7:28 This is a same advisor for mayor. Funny enough, he appears in later episodes. Either he made it and was seriously injured or Trey and Matt forgot that they deleted him.
that guy who gave the kids a ride isnt a stranger to them his name is ted ted was mayor's assistant,he is finally replaced by Janson after he dead in this episode
I didn't even last 2 minutes without saying what I said in the previous comment Lol that's how much I'm a south park fan since 1998 when I was 9 seeing such a show I shouldn't had xD
$20 to me is 1/2 tank of gas. It gets me everywhere i need for a week don't think about it in video games anymore, like "i'm halfway to that playstation game" no, that's not in the rotation now. now i play a game called "half fill my car while ignoring the loud video commercials at my local gas pump"
Dam i kinda feel ashamed about this but I remember were I was when this episode aired and remember every bit of this episode even before i watch this reaction. Watching these episodes reaction on this channel is nice because he's watching these with the eyes of a noob in a sense and it makes me feel old but glad to re watch these with this host and feel like I'm watching this again for the first time but at the same time re remembering stuff I hadn't seen in many years it's so trippy Lol
Well, the fact that people are reacting to this in the middle of a housing and drug abuse crisis, while making not connection or comment between the two; really shows how social media has become a parallel reality instead of helping us be more "connected" I know, I know, "it's just a cartoon comedy show". I don't know about you, but I don't watch South Part for the fart jokes. Even if i like some of it's characters; what really stands out to me is their ability to make satire about real issues; and I think that is what has made them stay relevant over the years. If we as an audience cannot connect to those issues anymore tho, if it is "all fun and entertainment" we're really missing out completely on what art is about.
Why those guys shot each other, when the lady was being shot she either both of them or one and cause them to shoot the other. Like cause they are wounded they fall or moved while shooting to anything in the range of casualty
I love these reactions you gotta watch the episode where they get a rocket from Mexico and send a cow to the moon bro straight fire episode no idea what one that is tho
So, now we know, Disfunktional is totally against giving any money to the homeless 😂😂😂 just watch how reacts every time they give money to the homeless 😂😂😂
@@DisfunktionalTV damn bro. That sucks. I live in Australia, and I never really seen any homeless people. So I do not have experience dealing with them. But just remember, it is unfair to judge someone based on the actions of another.

Why You. Always lauging cartman. If You hate him. 😂
The running joke of Stan being annoyed with Kyle wanting cartman to jump the homeless is so funny.
That is my favorite part about this episode😭😭
stan buying into cartman, and ignoring kyle, is so out of character. ties in with the other good bit about somehow cartman failing to jump the homeless will do something.
@@mikemath9508I like to think that Stan was just fucking with Kyle just to have some fun and see him get pissed off lmao.
I gotta agree with Stan, I don't know why Kyle thought Cartman jumping the homeless on his skateboard was a good idea, or would help at all.
Original
I mean it was pretty cool.
this episode is a perfect example of their writing. their ability to take one topic (homeless people) and connect it to something completely unrelated (zombie movies) but have it fit perfectly is just top notch
@AzureWolf168There's up there with mel brooks where they can depict serious issues without pissing too many people off
@AzureWolf168 it's all emotional charge that's part of being human they just use the emotion of joy and humor
completely unrelated is just false
The end part of the song, “In the city! The city of Venice. Next to Matt’s (Stone’s) house, super cool to the homeless” is a cool Easter egg

I just don’t get why Kyle keeps thinking that Cartman jumping homeless is the solution.
It worked didn't it?
My bf once offered a homeless man a sleeping bag and he refused it.
He wanted something else.
I know we didn’t see it here but I bet your reaction to “Right by Matt’s House.” was priceless. Trey had to have ad libbed that one!!
To this day the researcher is still sh00ting himself 😂

As a Santa Monica Local born and raised I can say we do have a huge homeless problem the beach and promenade is filled to the brim with bums
Did you try jumping them with your skateboard?
Season 15 Episode 11: Broadway Bro Down
It's a banger, you'll love it.
The references were from the remake of Dawn of the Dead... one of my all-time favorites. Especially if you have the director's cut.
Dawn of the dead remake parody!
Loved every minute of it!
Yup!! 🤣
It’s crazy how the ending to this episode gets more and more relevant as time goes on with the California homelessness epidemic. 😂

This episode is probably based on the city I live in. We even have a South Park school. Makes this episode so much better.
Part of that was Liar Liar Homeless guy scene with Randy running into one
You know this episode aged well considering that the Homeless problem in America has gotten so much worse.
Y'all ready for this one? Lets run it baby, lets get it. Lets gooooooo!!!

The doctor repeatedly failing to shoot himself correctly is hysterically funny.
Pretty lame that he cut it out.

South Park should have given Obama a cameo in this episode. "Change?"

The sad reality this is happening on Indian reservations. They literally corner people with "hangout gangs" till they hand cash not change over

3 double cheese burgers with extra cheese and 2 chicken sandwiches at McDonalds will set you back around $30 now.
I love how overboard South Park goes. In my ultra-liberal/leftist town I get sp'anged maybe once a month, unless you count asking for cigarettes.
One of my favorite South Park Episodes. Although it doesn’t top City Sushi
This episode was somewhat reminiscent of the "Dawn of the Dead (2004)" movie, with lots of references.
