Every time I watch this review I learn something new about the HyperScorpion. Thank you for all the relevant info and also thank you for doing sych an excellent and thorough review without any expletives! So hard to find "clean" reviews these days. Please keep up the excellent work!
Totally agree, best review I have seen yet, so much detail about all aspects, I was looking everywhere to see how the gear shifter worked and found the answer here. I really like that it doesn't have wire spoke wheels, and has all the included features, too many to mention.
Great, in depth review EBR. Thanks for taking the time to go over each detail of the Hyperscorpion. I just got my Hyperscorpion this week and I love it. I live at the top of a mountain and the true test for this bike was going up a street so steep that cars won’t drive up it when it snows heavily. The Hyperscorpion went up the incline at 27 mph (peddling) which to me, is great. Because of my mountainous, remote location I’m looking to get a second onboard battery to help me out when no one is around and cell phone coverage fails. Still learning about how to do this. A Big Thanks Tora!
I've been building performance ebikes for a decade+ and am so impressed with this build @ just $3200 - very well done. My adjustments would include implementing a 52v-Mid-Drive of 1500watts+ with a 52t covered chainring & a Shimano 3sp IGH w/tensioner driving a 14-22t rear wheel cog. All of this has proven serious reliability - instead of all those high maintenance 'fragile' moving parts and indirect chain-lines of using any kind of derailleur... Besides, no well-powered ebike needs more than 3 gears anyway. 1-Low for hills, 2-regular dogged direct drive and then 3-high for road cruising at 35mph traffic speed .
Some corrections. Tail light cannot be shut off. Motor peaks at 1700 watts. And if you really need 70 miles of range you better be in eco mode only (11-12mph) and pedaling all the time. Real life range is probably 20 - 35 miles, your not going to want to go slow on this hot rod! The bike is awsume though, I'm very happy I bought it.
I agree with your 20-35 mile battery range. In "S" mode I get about 20+ miles. In "Race" mode I did 15 miles and only had 2 bars left. The bike is well built and fun as hell, but I was hoping for more range from this battery. Perhaps I am asking too much because I am 6'2" and 250 Lbs. For $3200 I could have gotten a 150cc scooter :(
I rode mine hard for 25 miles in race mode on steep hills and as fast as I could and it only used 1/2 the battery. I would say that It should give you at least 40 miles of reasonable service on a charge.
@@larrybasinski8596 I am not certain how to include a picture here but my screen says 32.9 Wh/Mi. I think that works out to 30 miles per kilowatt charge. I live on the top of a long steep hill. I am usually riding in race mode but maybe not always very hard. I can easily see how I could stretch the charge to 40 miles. I think that would be a normal range to expect for a more reasonable riding pace. I always race up the hill! I regularly catch cars on city streets. I still have very few miles on the bike so I don't really know what to expect.
Loved the review. Very detailed and informative. Thank you very much! I purchased the HyperScorpion Express, now if I could just get FedEx to deliver it, I'd be off to the races!
I bought my bike from the Indegogo campaign. I put 20 miles on it and sold it. One of the reasons I didn't like it was the weight. 100 lbs plus I felt was motorcycle weight. If they would have gone with spokes and lightened the frame would have been nice. I felt it was over engineered with the frame. Just to bulky. It would have been nice if this would have been 60 lbs. Another reason is the geometry of the frame. I wish it would have been the Camp Scrambler seat and configuration. Yes, it has a lot of power and cool things, but how am I going to get this on my bike rack? I thought the seat was not good. Just a few thoughts.
@@biscotti3787 I put it in Facebook Market Place Listed for $2,200 and sold it for $2,000. I sold it to cheap. I had a lot of messages. Got rid of it in one day.
Great review! There’s no such thing as too much information! I lusted after this bike when I first heard about it, but after your thorough detailed review, I feel it’s not practical for my needs considering the price, weight, and the fact that it seems to be 70% scooter 30% bicycle. I would be too tempted to 86 the drive train and install foot pegs. That would defeat the purpose of having a bike for some exercise with a little help with hills and head winds.
Well hey, I'm glad it was helpful! Spending this much for a bike really sucks if you find out later that it doesn't work well for you, having that experience is actually what inspired Court to start EBR in the first place :)
In Ca this is going to be considered a vehicle and will need registration which will render it useless on park bike trails IMO. At 15-1/2 I was able to get a permit to ride a 125 CC motorcycle and ride on the street in early 1970’s none of that is possible these days. Sadly. If you buy one get a good life insurance policy your speed will be underestimated by the car driver.
i must say my friend you did a good review on that bike, you left nothing out we all now understand what that bike can do.thank you for such an understanding review .
i was really looking forward to this hyper hype review, really appreciate it brother, so much for torque sensor in a hub driven motor haa, thanks for lifting the lid off this hyper buddy,
I really wouldn't trust these guys bought my hyperscorpion 2 weeks ago, came with bent rotor and grinding. They said they would ship out a rotor, then turned around and said the situation was my fault...not a stand up company at all.
Seems to be a common problem with most e-bike companies. My thoughts are the Chinese companies that a building these bikes are not vetting the people they allow to distribute and sell their bikes.
@@DatingPolitics I received a Hyper Scorpion Express and I couldn't be happier. Of course you will hear A LOT more from people that are unhappy than you will from people that are happy. But I give mine glowing reviews.
@@justinwindley6001wish I could tell you I have to wait until may until they ship it they are still being built. They did tell me that my bike will be in the first shipment group of bikes.. Totally sucks but I've heard it's worth the wait.
The funny thing is. When I got the bike I noticed that the chain is razor thin close to the tire. About three weeks in I got a rear flat. Snd was hell to change lol. But suffice it to say I got it done. But after getting everything back on it still seems razor thin to the tire. But from the main sprocket it just the way it’s designed. Tires could be better quality someone rated the tires on a low end spectrum. But the bike itself is cool 😎
Thanks for this realistic review, especially the part about this bike not really being geared (some pun intended) towards big rear cog/lowest gear riding. It's set up cafe racer style without any way to adjust the seat (other than with the optional riser) that's much more like a scooter or moped than a regular gear shifting power assisted bicycle. (That part is obvious just from looking at it but I never would have known that the bigger rear cogs weren't usable. That seems kind of like a shame because the ability to use the lowest gears could help with climbing and ease up the strain on the motor.)
Top notch review! I've been considering one, because right now I ride a Honda scooter, but I want something that I don't have to drive in the road. I've had a few unsafe scares from bad drivers.
I would like to see an updated version of the HyperScorpion sold in Canada with the following upgrades: 1 - All cables integrated into the frame and bars. Zero exposure. 2 - Cold Weather package option - winter rubber, battery heater, upgraded IPX rating, heated grips, hand guards. maybe a tiny plastic windshield. 3 - a regen downhill mode\feature. various levels.
@@ElectricBikeReview hello, I was considering buying one of these, but I recently saw a review by another buyer who noticed the shifter on the left side of the handle bars is upside-down, I then went to your website and looked at the photos you guys took and sure enough it's upside-down on the bike you reviewed also. Did you guys notice that? This is an issue that should be brought up to Juiced ebikes because people pay good money for a bike, I am sure they want things put together correctly. Please let me know if you notice the problem,or if it will be fixed. Until then there's no way I want to buy a hyper scorpion.
Be careful, the company deletes negative reviews from their website. Customer service is terrible. If the bike gets damaged in shipping you will not get much help from Juiced customer service. Going on 32 emails and one rude rep call in three weeks and they are still taking over 24 hours to respond to emails. Service just isn’t up to par.
Dustin Durrance exactly. I bought a Sondors last month and canceled it because their customer service is non-existent. Always an answering machine picking up which is not what I’m about. what an excellent, super thorough review of this awesome ebike! it being so heavy is kind of a drawback since i have to carry a bike up 6 or so steps up a front and into the house i live in now. unless i wait to buy it when I'm living in a ranch house with a garage. i love everything else about it though. it might be a challenge getting used to changing gears again.
It is why use regular Bike Frames from being spotted as a Scooter Rider from Cops. Using bike frames always gives first impression of a rider on Bike pedals. Just other day, I spotted a cop and I started to do the Bike rider behaviors of riding on sidewalk crossing section. The only time when people notice something different of their heads doing double take is when im riding next to their cars on 35 to 40 mph streets. I stay off Blvds DUE TO NOT TRUSTING ANY DRIVER AT ALL of their habits of driving blind towards riders, especially RIGHT CORNER TURNS.
Well it's a great machine. But Juiced Bikes could of wrapped up the cords on the front of the handle bars a lot more. And the head light gives a lot of light for night riding as you said. And that's about it.
I’ve had my Hyperscorpion for a year now. Just ordered new knobby tires and waiting for them. Cost me $2800 (rounded off) cuz I got the back seat and wow, I’m happy! My only issue is the brakes suck. Other than , just hoping it’ll last a few more years.
Great review. Wow....lots of speed. I would hope someone that doesn't use all of that speed can ride all day at slower speeds. It will be interesting to see what the hyperscorpion 2 does.
@@TysonRoehrkasse Heck yes it is!! I live in the mountains in CO. So, I'd need to conserve the speed to retain the climb/distance. Or, I could also just carry a second battery for the rides that were marginal.
In Oregon scooter law, you must register, license, insure 50hp gas engine or higher on a scooter. (no peddles) assume the electrical motor has an efficiency of 92% ( or 0.92). So divide the output (50 HP) by the efficiency (0.92), to get the energy required to be input into the motor, to get 50 HP. So --- 37,300 Watts / 0.92 = ~ 40,500 Watts is required to be input to the motor to get the 50 HP output. but with an ebike in Oregon, if it is over a horse power, you have to license it as a scooter. 1hp is equal to 745w or (750w motor)... and there is a limit of 20mph for the motors acceleration. and the motor must turn off at 20mph. (that can be tweaked but not legally..).. There is no speed limit on off-road use of ebikes. Hi Tyson. Hope all is well in Colorado.

Thanks Rob! I've been researching more about this topic as the Colorado DMV told me "we do not register electric bikes" when they rejected my Low Power Scooter registration. After more digging it looks like it will be impossible to register or insure in most states since Juiced Bikes doesn't provide a VIN or MSO for it. This leaves it in a grey area... too fast for a Class 3 Ebike, but impossible to register as a scooter/moped. Ebike-related regulation is really behind the times compared to the technology and products available!
@@TysonRoehrkasse Tyson, Drivers Licensing and Automobile licensing only refers to people who use public roads to conduct business: (cab driver, delivery driver, truck driver. etc..) legally, it isn't required for people going to the grocery store. Licensing is for those who use public roads for commerce. But we have allowed the authorities to push a false agenda to extract fees/taxes out of "travelers"... Those fees only really apply to "drivers".. :) And one person going up against the establishment won't work.. it would have to be all "travelers" refusing to have an effect. Intimidation of one person/cyclist/traveler can be a powerful persuader... As cyclist, we are considered travelers. Unless we use the public roads to make deliveries (Currier, food delivery etc) These are points we ebikers/cyclist will have to make in a court of law to fight this illegal taxation. Personally i have my ebike and etrike insured for theft, or if i hit a pedestrian and send them to the ER. I have insurance for hit and run, or if i collide with a new mercedes and put a big dent in the door. (that is expensive..LOL) Oregon and Colorado (most states) don't require it yet... Washington is considering reinstating the bicycle licensing requirement. They had it 50 years ago, and are thinking about bringing it back.. I think, if they are going to require licensing of bicycles, the DOT must be required to put in bicycle lanes on every road (or have separate bicycle routes) to justify the fee.
It's just preference I would say. I ride motorcycles and so I love how motorcycle-like the HyperScorpion looks and feels! Having a twist throttle on the right grip and motorcycle-style controls for the lights also feels natural to use.
Price is back down to 2700.00. In Boston, the cops don't want you on the streets unless you can keep up with the flow of traffic - bike lanes are best. No city is going to 'pull you over' unless they're looking for ANY way to make revenue. Picky picky.
Interested in this but have read about multiple, less-than-favorable interactions (or lack thereof) with their customer service department. I get it, there’s an ongoing supply chain crisis, but there’s no excuse an email response time of weeks, or none at all.
He just got back to me and said that the alarm uses three independent AA batteries. In the video he talks about sticking it under the seat and that it has strong adhesive on the back (so changing the battery could be difficult down the line).
Nice electric moped! As you suggest, this is not really a bike, but it looks extremely plush, well-eqipped, and useful. I seriously considered purchasing one of these, but it was just too big and heavy... also, I didn't feel like I would feel comfortable or welcome on bikepaths and sidewalks, so I chose the much lighter, and more bicycle-like Zooz instead. FYI, the Zooz has been a true joy to ride! It is a very new and unique bike that EBR should review asap! I bought one of the first 100 made, but more will be offered soon. Having lost a couple of my favorite bikes to theft, I would never leave it unlocked if it was out of my sight, but maybe moped theft is not as common as bike thefts. Great review and keep them coming! EBR is such an important player in the electric bike revolution... Now we need to push for more bike infrastructure, especially in suburbs.
Wes Flack I have this bike and it’s true that it isn’t really something you can feel welcome riding on a bike path. It’s much more a moped in looks but can be a very mild bike in Eco or Sport mode but it still has that moped or motorcycle look. I’m looking at the new Rize Liberty which looks a lot like the Scorpion but has enough of a bicycle look to be welcome on a bike path...I hope. It’s also 25-ish pounds lighter than the HyperScorpion. Still love the Hyper but it’s limited in where you can ride it.
There is no hydraulics in the front suspension they're just simply spring loaded out of the two knobs only one of them either locks out the front fork or allows it to move freely there is a spring in there it's kind of spongy though
About the blinker requiring manual turn off. It would be nice to see the light blinking from the rider's point of view as well, just to alert the rider, "Hey, you forgot to turn off the blinker!".
I really wish Juiced did two motors. It would divide the work between the two motors. That way a single motor would not strain so much. I love everything else. I use my hyperscorpion a lot really fun to ride. I’m just waiting for two motor two battery juiced bikes to be announced.
No, the alarm has its own battery. I think it might be a 9-volt but I'm not sure. The alarm unit comes in a separate box and you have to adhesive it onto the bike, I put mine under the seat where it would be hard to see.
water proof , have another bike got caught in 2 hurricanes and few thunder storms still works, will this survive hurricanes and thunder storm down pours ? is it ip47 water proof?
I honestly wonder just how long these motors will last being used this way. It seems that the concept of pedal assist has mostly become full motor assist in all of the videos lately that I have seen for both Juiced Super Scorpian and Ariel Rider"s Grizzly.
I keep asking Tora and Juiced if they will be addressing the latency issue with the torque sensor kicking on and off and a few other firmware updates they really need to do on the RCS. I'd love it if they'd put the trip meter on the main screen instead of the odometer. Makes sense to put the trip meter on the main screen instead of burried on the stats screen.
I have mine inflated to 30, if I recall correctly the 35 PSI max figure is from the setup guide video on the Juiced YT channel. I think it's also what is on the sidewall of the tire... unfortunately, I'm away from home right now and can't check!
I did a comparison this week on mid-price full suspension fat tire bikes. Your thoughts? Ride 1 Up Revv 1...... $2399 for 750W 52V 20AH, full suspension, mags, fenders; ArielRider X-Class.... $2399 - 1000W 52V 20AH, full suspension, fenders, rear rack; Juiced HyperScrambler $2499-1000W 52V 38.4AH, full suspension, mags, Passenger seat, USB, 100mi+ range; Juiced HyperScorpion $1899 for 1000W 52V 19.2AH full suspension, mags fenders, rear rack, USB, alarm. No doubt there are other bargains out there. This is 3/26/2023
Why not just keep it in 8th. gear? What do you think of the motorcycle foot pegs option and deleting the pedals, chain ring etc. ? Mine is arriving today.
I tend to shift down to 5th gear when I stop and then back up to 8th once I get going. I prefer to pedal and get at least some exercise while riding... but it is more than powerful enough to ride with only motor power, and swapping the drivetrain out for the motorcycle footrests would save some weight!
@@TysonRoehrkasse Thanks for the reply. Now that I have 40 miles on mine all I can say is Wow! Any modifications if any will be down the road it is a blast the way it is. Only concern is the seat.
I prefer the HyperScorpion. Especially being tall, it was so much easier to pedal and more comfortable sitting position, mirrors are great, and having the 8-speed derailleur means you can pedal at any speed. Plus you get the rack!
I have the GoPro Hero8 Black, and I just use the selfie stick that came with it. I think GoPro calls it the "Shorty Stick" or something like that. When riding I also use a chest mount, some generic one that I found for cheap on Amazon.
Depends on where you live. I think most states have helmet laws, but here (Colorado) we don't - only eye protection is required by law! Of course, wearing a helmet is still highly recommended.
Thanks for the outstanding review, may I ask what town that you drove through? That was a cool little town. Looking into areas to be closer to my son who is outside Colorado Springs and my brother who is outside Fort Garland.
I want to be a fan -- and the HyperScorpion makes everyone a fan, believe me! It's just ... a LiIon battery bank, composed of probably a few dozen 18650 batteries, are VERY temperature sensitive. A LiIon battery bank is also severely strained when any TORQUE is required. Torque loads just suck up battery life. What's all that mean? An ebike battery loses MASS energy and capacity under torque strain, or in the cold. Do any of these designers ever think about these things?
I feel like the bike won't get out of its own way sometimes I got dual batteries and the big motor but it won't go nowhere I was thinking about designing a bike around the battery what do you think
Unless you have moped/scooter riding experience (or motorcycles) I would honestly recommend starting out with something lighter and less powerful than either of these. Even the regular Scorpion is pretty heavy, and they both have a lot of power!
is it possible to lock the top speed at 25 km/h ? Because if it drives faster than 25 km/h, it no longer counts as a bicycle in Germany and you would have to pay insurance and taxes and you have to wear a helmet.
I bought two of these last year put 5,000 mi on them in 6 months lost 70 lbs. These guys never really show you what this can do I go 36 miles an hour on this bike and it will climb the steepest inclines with ease if I could change one thing on this bike it would be for the tires not to be slick, do not get on loose sand you'll go sliding
the average car headlight emits between 2,000 to 4,000 lumens. However, this number will depend on a few different factors. The brightness will depend on the number of LEDs in the light itself. Some bulbs will be rated incredibly high at 10,000 or more, but you should take this claim with a grain of salt
you always get 2 keys with your bike sometimes 3 keys.what i do is keep 1 key in the battrey the other one in the keyring, the keyring and alarm system goes in my pocket the spare key is in my battery no gingling right.
Just remember that if you ride your e-bike in the cold weather to not charge it until you bring it inside and warm it up for an hour or more because trying to charge a cold battery will cause problems
You will want a Veltop attachment if you're looking to ride ebikes in the rain. I got one for a RadRover and riding in the rain was very fun. I did have to buy some gaiters for my legs though from road spray and that was the complete solution.
All the connectors are high quality and water resistant, you wouldn't want to submerge it in a lake or anything like that but riding in rain is no problem :)
Excellent review. Very well done. The one thing I learned from this is that even at $3,000 bikes can have issues. I live in the country. I would kill to own one however I know the first time something internal breaks or needs repair the shops won’t touch it. If juiced had a store or repair facility fine but I have to pass on buying it. I only wish that a bike built that well would go to at least 40mph. What good is a well built machine that weighs 100 pounds that can’t go over 40+ full throttle like the onyx or the Monday bike. Too heavy to be peddled up hill. And with those cast iron wheels try peddling if the battery gives out up hill also. Good luck.👍

Jealousy? Ignorance? Oh well, not everyone likes great videos apparently!
Just got mine today and I can’t stop riding it. Great bike, it really rips!
My wife and I each purchased a Hyperscorpian and absolutely love them. Fun and lots of utility for our needs.
That's awesome! They really are great for utility, especially if you expand the cargo with a bigger rack.
Have this bike, it makes my other ebikes seem like toys. Everyone loves it, really
Comfortable and surprisingly agile.
With saddle bags and extra custom storage racks, is this something you'd feel more comfortable and confident on riding an epic long journey on🤔
Best review ever. I have had one for 3 years and i learned a lot. Well done.
Loved the review. Very detailed and informative. Thank you very much! I purchased the HyperScorpion Express, now if I could just get FedEx to deliver it, I'd be off to the races!
Today, Juiced HyperScorpion $1899 for 1000W 52V 19.2AH full suspension, mags fenders, rear rack, USB, alarm.
Just a few thoughts.
how much did you sell it for? im looking into selling mine too
@@biscotti3787 I put it in Facebook Market Place Listed for $2,200 and sold it for $2,000.

Sadly. If you buy one get a good life insurance policy your speed will be underestimated by the car driver.

so much for torque sensor in a hub driven motor haa, thanks for lifting the lid off this hyper buddy,
Great review and learnt so much as wait for mine to ship. An addition to my Radrover 5 but I can see myself riding this one more.
Thanks..I was about to get one. Scary

Suggestion for Juiced, make the ignition switch to where the key is removable and alarm remote would shut the bike off once set...
Awesome review of the hyper scorpion
I can’t wait to get one!
I would like to see an updated version of the HyperScorpion sold in Canada with the following upgrades:
1 - All cables integrated into the frame and bars. Zero exposure.
2 - Cold Weather package option - winter rubber, battery heater, upgraded IPX rating, heated grips, hand guards. maybe a tiny plastic windshield.
3 - a regen downhill mode\feature. various levels.
Sure and then you wouldn't buy it anyway due to the price.
Excellent review. I felt like I was on the bike too. Thank you!
You are welcome, glad it was helpful :D
Very good and complete review 👍🏼✌🏼

@@ElectricBikeReview hello, I was considering buying one of these, but I recently saw a review by another buyer who noticed the shifter on the left side of the handle bars is upside-down, I then went to your website and looked at the photos you guys took and sure enough it's upside-down on the bike you reviewed also. It's a great place to ride!
How do I change it from kilometers to mph,
i have a regular scorpion ordered. the wait is killing me. got the controller upgrade coming as well along with the 4amp charger and mirrors. just wish the Juiced team was "available" during the weekends. i like to make sure that everything is on the up and up since i spent a total of about 2K. would have ordered the hyper scorpion, but they weren't in stock at the time.
great review though!
I got the regular Scorpion for $1399 on 2020 Black Friday. How sweet!
Maybe that lowest gear causing the rattle is only necessary if the battery is really low and conserv ing the last of it just to get to the destination
what an excellent, super thorough review of this awesome ebike! it being so heavy is kind of a drawback since i have to carry a bike up 6 or so steps up a front and into the house i live in now. unless i wait to buy it when I'm living in a ranch house with a garage. i love everything else about it though. it might be a challenge getting used to changing gears again.
Really good review, thank you. Very thorough and an interesting bike.

Great review. Wow....lots of speed. I would hope someone that doesn't use all of that speed can ride all day at slower speeds. It will be interesting to see what the hyperscorpion 2 does.
Riding slower I can definitely get a lot more range on it... it's just so much fun to ride fast!
Thanks for the info Rob! Really interesting to hear the details of ebike and scooter laws in Oregon! Hope you’re doing well :D

And yes.. I'm doing well. I think i want to move to somewhere like Couer D'Alene Idaho where they don't allow the riots. LOL is there room in Colorado..? it looks nice there.. :)

If you take the battery with you does that stop the alarm from working?
I got the impression that the battery for the alarm was separate? I'll ask Tyson about this though.
If you take the battery with you into the coffee shop, doesnt that disable the alarm?
It says 50-60 PSI recommended, are you sure it's 35 PSI?
I have mine inflated to 30, if I recall correctly the 35 PSI max figure is from the setup guide video on the Juiced YT channel. I think it's also what is on the sidewall of the tire... unfortunately, I'm away from home right now and can't check!
37:02 looks like a broken key could happen?

Should you use a motorcycle helmet to be street legal on it? Top speed is 28 mph, right?
Depends on where you live. I think most states have helmet laws, but here (Colorado) we don't - only eye protection is required by law! Of course, wearing a helmet is still highly recommended.
Looks like a moped from 1977 the body style.
When I was a kid, the most popular moped from that time period was the Puch Sport. They were built in Austria and were usually metallic green.
I feel like the bike won't get out of its own way sometimes I got dual batteries and the big motor but it won't go nowhere I was thinking about designing a bike around the battery what do you think

how water resistant or waterproof are this baby? ok riding in light rain, or briefly in heavy rain?

Would you recommend the scorpion or the hyperscorpion to somebody who’s never owned an ebike before?
Unless you have moped/scooter riding experience (or motorcycles) I would honestly recommend starting out with something lighter and less powerful than either of these. Even the regular Scorpion is pretty heavy, and they both have a lot of power!
Have you kept the bike? If so, how have you like it after 10 months. I'm curious about the range over time.
Is that a Gopro you are shooting with or what camera?
is it possible to lock the top speed
at 25 km/h ? Because if it drives faster than 25 km/h, it no longer counts as a bicycle in Germany and you would have to pay insurance and taxes and you have to wear a helmet.
I bought two of these last year put 5,000 mi on them in 6 months lost 70 lbs.
These guys never really show you what this can do I go 36 miles an hour on this bike and it will climb the steepest inclines with ease
if I could change one thing on this bike it would be for the tires not to be slick, do not get on loose sand you'll go sliding
Very informative review. Thanks!
the average car headlight emits between 2,000 to 4,000 lumens.
I can barely go 22 miles range, full battery, on Race mode!
Bump stops are mainly for when bike has heavy load from cargo when parked so the bike doesn’t fall over.
Couldn’t find the state regulations on your site…. Could you post a direct link please?
Just remember that if you ride your e-bike in the cold weather to not charge it until you bring it inside and warm it up for an hour or more because trying to charge a cold battery will cause problems
How much does this one cost ? I didn't see it on the link you had .
What did you use to film this video the qualiuty is very sharp and defined.
Hey David, I use a GoPro Hero8 Black, with some baffles over the mic holes to cut down on wind noise.
Are they water proof? With all the wires to hook it up, I wonder if it is weather resistant.
Good luck.👍
