These are great, but using "I am" is shown to be far more efficient than "you are"
If you have a look on my channel you’ll see I have 2 other lucky girl affirmation videos, both in ‘I am’ format. And using ‘you are’ isn’t necessarily less effective. Whatever people use to get into the state of that which they want is the most effective so this can vary from person to person. Some people actually prefer ‘you are’
You are is actually proven to be more effective when someone is speaking in third person because your subconscious can differentiate yourself from another. Also, “you are” essentially re-parents your mind.
The First person works better for me also.. Many years ago I noticed so many around me having my affirmations/intentions/vision showing up for them yet not for me.. Even neighbors.. So gotta do what works for us.. 🤗💕💞
There are so many I am ones, I like both. Because it's not my voice, it's like a friend telling you, sometimes it's more difficult convincing yourself than if someone (also) tells you, it's more like it's in the 3d and therefore fact 😊 xx
‘You’ affirmations are actually found to be more effective when it’s something you have more subconscious resistance to, so if you have for example massive self esteem/worth issues then you are affirmations to change your limiting beliefs will be more effective than ‘I’ affirmations since you wouldn’t consciously believe those affirmations from yourself since you have blocks and limiting beliefs about it if that makes sense. So hearing it like someone telling you it about yourself, makes it easier to accept and believe x

Why are the affirmations in the second person?
Because they are in ‘you are’ format like what the title says
Think of it as someone confirming these affirmations to you telling you you are all of this ❤ it works perfectly

I agree with Tony, it should work, I don't think your subconscious speaks in a particular language. If there's a transcript, try translating it and reading it, you'll know then what it is saying, and your subconscious will remember when you're listening, it will automatically translate for you, once you know 😊😍
I like the affirmations but the background music gives creepy horror movie vibes.
