If you watch the video "Losing My Religion" you can even see the other contestants appear to be astounded by him. I was very fortunate to be able to see him in a very personal concert setting in Greensboro, NC last winter and met him personally. His voice is even more amazing live. His personality is as amazing as his voice. Ryan is a super talented artist with a very humbling persona.

There are very few artists that manage to keep the balance between fame and producing geniuenly great music. The broader the audience, the more watered down the music has to become (often, not always). So in that sense I hope Ryan stays in his 'niche' and keeps on writing truly touching songs rather than going too mainstream.

I still listen to this sometimes late at night thinking about times simpler than now. It's like your first love. You move on, but it lingers in the back of your mind. Sometimes you even secretly check on them. This song has done so much for me. So, thank you to the singer.
