    Keep posting more vids like this bro , regarding the injuries topic recently i torned my acl and i completely agree with you , its better to focus on what you can do to improve yourself rather than doing nothing . Currently im lifting weights so i can have better and faster recovery after the surgery.

    Hey Leo, definitely feel like sitting for long periods of time creates neck problems. I got a neck injury too, I’m still recovering from it and sitting a lot make it worse. The way I deal with it is actually neck reenforcement exercises!
