After many years and phases, I 've come to treasure special cocktails of feelings - like in the tracks Mr Fear or Jealousy. An example of one of my fav songs I put very up there and nobody has heard of it : Alaric - So far down. Give it a try, and maybe reply.

@@scribeofsolace Metal has always spoken to people who have gone thru shit, and the message that Metal has to offer is that "you are not alone" be it pain, distress, anger, whatever the fuck. Imo when this individual is saying they're glad BM is focusing more on mental illness. This is what it means to me. So much BM is about pain & anguish, racism in some accounts, death. Much of BM is about shit for the sake of it. This though, this is about experiencing it firsthand. I think the first hand understanding is essential in this, because I've sure as hell been through pain.
I'm not an expert. Idk wtf I'm talking about. Lol. But this is my intuition talking about what it means. Hope it helps? Idk
