Never change, Aerith. Never change 🤣 #meme #ff7rebirth #finalfantasy #aerith Edit (30/05/2024): Uh, this...popped off a LOT more than I expected. Thanks for over 20k views!
I love how she tries this kind of thing later with Gi Nattak by saying "Question: I'm a Cetra. Does that make ME intolerant?" GN gets right up close and examines her, and you can practically hear her thinking 'oh, I've pushed this line too far, haven't I?'

It's more cringe to find dubs in 2024 cringe. I feel like some people hate dubs because they think it's cooler to be a "purist" or they like to listen to a language they don't understand where the difference in vocal tones is like 4 Japanese to 40 English. I just wanna know what exactly do people expect from a dub other than it for it to not exist. Because there are some things you can't always grasp in translated text if you're unfamiliar with how certain sentences or words are used outside of your own language. The only time dubs were legit cringe were when they weren't even loyal to the original and had to be adjusted for different audiences in a MAJOR way... and that was like before the turn of the century.
@@LostChildOfTime No, english dub IS bad, except when you are the ones making the animation, for example, Invincible. Avatar LAB, but when you guys try doing anime, is the most cringe over reacted not fitting voice of all time, you guys just can't. But you guys just don't know how to do it when it isn't you guys who made it. Work on your voice actors, make them watch the anime first, make them absorb the character, not just always do the "graspy whispering voice" jesus.
@@kaiselkamish9904dude, Japanese voice actors are as over reactive as you can possibly get, constantly going well over the top whenever anything slightly dramatic happens, whereas English dubs are usually way more tame by comparison, but over reacting in either case isn't a bad thing, that's just how acting is in general, you have to emphasize your lines and actions to better engage the audience, and to say English voice acting in anime is universally terrible is just objectively false and straight up arrogant, especially since a lot of the voice actors from those western shows you mention also do voices in anime, and they put the exact same effort and quality into their anime performances as the western shows, your entire statement is pure hypocrisy
@@LostChildOfTime TBH I am at the point now where I just turn it off or undub if possible. But dont complain about it really. I know what I like, I know what i dislike. There she goes, putting her foot in her mouth again. When will she ever learn?
If Aerith's a dumbass than I'm a dumbass too
Amen!
ya smell me?
Then*
I did the math. It checks out.
You're both dumbasses
The way it cuts off is golden
Barret in his mind: Yes
If the boot fits.
Say that again…
I sits
I laughed at this part because of her going out of character a bit when she used profanity like this! 🤣
Nah, she'll swear from time to time to be funny. She literally threatens to rip a guy's balls off after all
Barret: Well I ain’t gonna sugarcoat it…
he folded instantly
Gotta say the dub is so freaking good. Aerith’s VA was really funny in Rebirth.
Seriously, Brianna crafted a cheeky, tolerable, mature and nurturing Aerith. 👏🏽👏🏽
@@xxreyoxxLmao dude this saccharine dripping version is anything but mature and nurturing
@@BygoneT agree to disagree
@@xxreyoxx Definitely, I can't listen to this and think it's mature and I tried

“Yes.”
Aerith cursing is something I never knew I needed. 😂
Barret: Your words not mine.
We NEED PC version!
Short answer yes
Damn straight it does.
Yes
I felt so bad for Aerith lol
yes
Quite yes
The way the camera zooms a little
I wulda prefer if aerith said “dummy” more cute for her
Counterpoint: she is repeating Barret's line word for word. Saying "dummy" instead of "dumbass" would make no sense.
