When I create a makeshift pizza, as a personal rule, it has been whole milk mozzarella from a block that I grate. I have used pre-shredded provolone before in addition to mozzarella.
Have not thought too much about it as long as there is cheese on it I'm generally ok... No matter what even with take and bake I have to supplement with some mozzarella type of something cheddar cheese no doubt.
I agree with all of these. For me, mixing parmesan or any of those stronger than mozzarella type cheeses with mozzarella is something I am not a fan of. I just prefer my pizza tasting like mozzarella or not so strong provolone.
if you are not shredding your own whole milk mozzarella then you are making your pizza wrong(standard pies of course). and please keep any and all Vegan cheese off my pizzza's...thank you.
has more to do with what actually melts well than traditions. If you want a pizza that tastes bad because you used the wrong cheese, that is your choice though
@@jtp2007 yeah, but it lists several cheeses that are well known for being good melters so this video is a lie, if you can make a grilled cheese with it, you can make a pizza and it’ll melt just fine. This is simply Italian propaganda.
with how many of your videos have gone recently, i'm surprised this wasn't all about how we're killing the environment and should only eat vegan cheese. of course you had to say you don't want to malign the clowns who choose to be vegan, but it must have hurt you to not recommend something vegan.
A combination of Mozzarella, Provolone, and Munster (or Brick if you can find it) makes a great combination of cheeses for a pizza.
Now MAKE A VIDEO explaining the BEST cheeses to use.

Btw, cellulose is basically sawdust fun fact (or should I say _not so fun_ fact)
❤️❤️❤️
They stopped making the jalapeño cheeses years ago but tended to offer more than flat cheeses

Yeah, because everyone has a cow to make fresh mozzarella. I like using pepperjack on my pizza too, I despise traditions.
Why Joker face avatar?
I asked for blue cheese at Old Chicago once.....it doesn't keep the toppings on the pizza lmfao
🧀
There’s no pizza like ‘Roof Pizza’. I believe it’s native to New Mexico.
Does anyone need to be told this?
