This a fun meal. My grandsons loved the idea for the cookies (they just checked for marshmallows! They also said they would eat the pizza pasta! And snack mix. Thank you for all these great ideas.
I'd toss that pasta in the oven for a bit, let the pepperoni crisp up and the parm get melty, but otherwise it looks delicious! My niece loves black olives and always asks for them on pizza, so I'll have to make this for her

You could shape the pie crust strips into a spiderweb if you use a circular baking pan. Then stick gummy worms and other candy to it. Put it over an apple, chocolate, or pumpkin pie.
this was absolutely adorable and so much fun! you could even melt the leftover marshmallows and add to the popcorn/bugle mix and make some popcorn balls.
My best guess on the Dollar Tree fridge/freezer issues is that there are and WILL BE constant supply chain problems. Parts are hard to replace when things break down. Our world is in chaos and many many of dollar tree products come from China. China does not exactly love the US right now. We have at least 8 Dollar Tree Stores in my city and it has been hit and miss for a couple of years now . Sometimes I get very lucky and see a full store and sometimes it looks like they are going out of business with bare shelves. Thank you for all of your ideas. I have tried a few already when I can find the products and they have been yummy!

So I heard the freezers that are broken in the us are all waiting on parts that are shipped from overseas, and that there are delays and shortages in the parts. So a lot of fridge and freezer units are down in stores indefinitely.

The strips of biscuit dough you could have made spider webs on top of the tamale and also on top of the macaroni, but put back in the oven with the pepperoni until the pepperoni and biscuit were done
Use some of the tomato sauce to put tiny dots around in the webbing of biscuit to look like eyes. Use a pinch of the parm under the dot to make it look more like eyes. Scatter the eyes around.
As a kid my mom chopped the tamales added the ‘gravy’ / sauce from the can and a ‘cream of chicken/ mushroom soup and a can of corn or hominy mix together heat through top & with cheese as a casserole. It’s pretty good too!
I think the tamummies (that’s what I’m calling your tamale mummies 😂) would have worked if you put the dough strip down and then laid the tamale on top of it and rolled the tamale while keeping it on your work surface. This way you’re not fighting gravity with a tender tamale. (That’s a fight you’ll lose every time!) 😂 Everything turned out so cute and festive! Great job!
Those cookie halves would be awesome in the summer as watermelon cookies. My vision is white frosting and red and greens food coloring and then using mini chocolate chips as seeds.
I'm glad you mentioned that other people are having issues with Dollar Tree not having freezer items. I have two Dollar Trees in my area, and one of them has claimed their freezer is broken for about 6 months now. How on earth is it possible for their freezer to be broken for 6 months? And they have nothing in their fridge section either. But the other Dollar Tree is fully stocked every time I go. Of course the "broken" Dollar Tree is just a couple of blocks away from me, and the stocked Dollar Tree is a few miles away. But at least I have the option. I wonder if this is going to be like the McDonald's ice cream machine situation - always broken forever.
Maybe canned Vienna sausages might hold better. Probably wouldn't be as tasty as the tamales though! Cute vid!! I wanna do all these with my kiddos for Halloween! Ty!
Super cute Spooky Appetizers. Here’s a little tear up if you’re having a problem rolling out piecrust get a piece of saran wrap and put it over the top of it and it’s an a lot easier to manage that way.

Great ideas their bootiful and spooky recipes. For the snack mix, add chocolate candies or nuts. For the tamales, Velveeta sliced under the tamales, then add the biscuit dough, it could work lol. Be safe and have fun everyone!

Im not sure how i missed this video, especially since I'm a Halloween freak! I think everything looks great. Instead of tamales, maybe vienna sausages? You may have to dry them a tad. I know a lot off people dont care for them, but they are another shelf stable option 😊

A tip about adding liquid to biscuits or pie doughs. remove the part that is hydrated and only moisten what stays behind in the bowl then combine the two...this prevents overworking the part that's already the way you want it to be. I'm so happy that you taste everything. it's essential to being able to balance things in the long run. If we're being very very STRICT about using nothing from the pantry just set aside a tablespoon or so of the mix for rolling purposes. the hot dog (tamale) mummies would be great fun for my Nephews.... I would have mixed the tamale sauce with the chili. You could have put short strips over the tamales to reproduce the mummy effect, but I did like your criss cross solution to the problem. Those marshmallow pumpkin candy are so good. I mix them with salted peanuts and M&Ms which all can be bought at Dollar Tree. Its a great sweet treat !
Stouffers makes a pepperoni pizza mac & cheese. It's really good. I imagine this dollar tree version would taste pretty much the same.
