Let me test this theory of yours. This year, all the Nordic countries bar Iceland gave Germany 12 points, and Denmark only gave 3 to Iceland. In 2012, Iceland got nothing from Sweden, and Iceland gave Denmark only 5 points. They all gave Sweden 12 points, but so did lots of other countries. Compare this to the ex-Yugoslav states, who hardly ever give a non-ex-Yugoslav state 12 points (Croatia giving Turkey 12 points in 2010 was one of the few exceptions). So your argument doesn't hold up.
The first three parts had the right idea. This is when it all starts to go wrong (cough, Russia, cough - the crowd were quite right to boo after they got 12 points from Belarus!). Well, apart from those generous votes for Iceland, of course. Thank you, Belgium!
Wonder if the Belarussian announcer's an escaped Soviet laboratory android... XD
