I died THREE HUNDRED times so I could git gud and parry Promised Consort Radahn | ELDEN RING

Its finally over. With this boss done I have finished the dlc. Honestly this was one of the worse runs I'd made against Radahn so it figures this would be the one I took him down on lol. I had some horrible misreads of his telegraphs throughout and also barely survived a few clutch moments in phase 2 but I stayed calm so it paid off in the end. Not sure when but I think I need to make a guide video for parrying Radahn to help out the Elden Ring -- I've plenty of dodging guides and cheese-build guides but nothing for just parrying him into submission. Parrying him may sound like a flex but frankly I think it makes the fight way more manageable since you mostly stand in place with a few select dodgerolls here and there. It really simplifies the fight to just planting yourself 3 steps in front of him and responding to the timing of his swings.

I did the same and used a cold misericorde with dagger talisman. Made the first phase trivial, still died a bunch in the second phase with all the chaos
